If I could give zero stars I would. I took my residents with Alzheimer's to recieve a nice treat of milkshakes and it took over 45 minutes to recieve our shakes and all the drive thru orders were receiving their orders first. I was very disappointed with their service. Will not be going back

I went to this Sonic 1 day after having surgery to fix a broken jaw and the charged me $5.89 for a medium plain soft serve!!! If I was not in sever pain and needed something soft and cold, I would have told them to kick rocks!! This place is a rip off and highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere!!!!

I tried to order from a stall but someone came over the speaker asking me to pull around to the drive-thru window to order. When I got to the window a girl asked what I would like--she was wearing Airpods which were clearly impairing her ability to concentrate. I ordered a burger with no mayonnaise, then I asked if it came with onions. She responded by asking if I wanted tots or fries, then what I would like to drink. After that she asked if I wanted anything else, so I asked more loudly if the burger came with onions. She said yes, so I asked for no onions, and for good measure I repeated no mayonnaise. When she gave me the food I thought about checking the receipt to see if she had gotten it right, but I just wanted to get home. When I got home, lo and behold, the burger had onions and mayonnaise on it. And there was no receipt.

To the young man working all alone July 23rd 2023, you are an astounding young man and deserve so much out of life. Kind, friendly, and such a positive spirit and was managing and fulfilling all of the orders by himself. Not a single complaint, other than he needs a raise!

Incredibly sad what this locations become. Every single time I’ve come here for the last 3 years it’s been a horrible experience. During Covid, it was excusable (except for getting cussed out by a worker because we DARED to show up an hour before close). Now, there’s no excuse. The workers, if you can call them that, are horrendous. They do not work. Tonight, I pull in to find “workers” chit chatting in the parking lot with a car. Not sure if it was a costumer complaining (likely, considering this locations performance) or just a friend but why does it take 2 workers? The girl in the kitchen answered saying it’d be just a minute. That was a lie. 10 minutes later I give up. PLEASE! IM BEGGING YOU TO SHUT THIS STORE DOWN! Allow some company, ANY company, who would like to serve the local people what they’re looking for take this valuable property. This place is an embarrassment. I’m genuinely surprised y’all have made enough money to keep all those neon lights on. I’d say hire more people but y’all can’t seem to hire a monkey to scratch its rear. Just call it quits. Everyone goes to the grassland sonic anyway.

The newer staff here have really turned this place around for the better. Food is always fast and fresh, people seem happy to be there, and they’re very understanding. There was an issue with another customer being a little over dramatic towards me because of what is on my car, and they were very nice when I called in and said I would actually be in a little later to pick it up instead to avoid that person since they pulled in as well.Hunter specifically always gives a compliment when I pick up my order. It’s nice to support places that support the people around them!
