Store was closed early and i was refused service. Showed up 15 minutes before closing at 10:45 and spent them waiting for anyone to take my order or even talk to me after pushing the button. Saw a one of the workers walk by to take the trash out and I called out to him we made eye contact and he just went back inside and ignored me like it wasn't his problem. Finaly right before the store closes I drive up to the window and I see multiple employees just doing there own thing. I finaly get some one to even talk to me when the first thing they say is we are closed. I explained to her I've been waiting for anyone to take my order all this time and she responded with I'm I was in the bathroom and that we are closed now. I told her all wanted was some ice cream and that I still had atleas 3 minutes left to order . She said everything had been shut dow and cleaned like already and that she couldn't even get me that. I asked to talk to her manager she told me I didn't need to talk to her and to just come back in the morning. I asked for the managers name and she said I didn't need to know that and when I asked for her name she said she didn't have to tell me that ither. It was a chubby Hispanic girl with a big mole/birthmark on her left cheek with an accent. I've never received such disgusting treatment ment before. Is it my fault she took a whole 15 minutes bathroom brake and pre closed the whole store?

I would give ZERO STARS if I could! We just ordered three full meals here which included a chocolate cookie dough shake. The manager, a petite Hispanic lady who lied and told us that her name was on the receipt, gave us a vanilla cookie dough shake.We asked her to remake it as chocolate as we ordered and she flat our refused. She told us that is the only way it comes. We told her we've had it as chocolate before at other locations across the country. She basically told us we are lying, that's the only way it comes, and refused to accept her mistake.We argued with her for a while and she told us she would only remake it if we paid for it. Said she's worked at many Sonic's for 10 years and no one does it like that. I asked her how in the hell can she tell us what we have experienced and she just kept shaking her head no and saying she can't remake it for free.If she cannot accept responsibility for her mistake and calls her customers liars, she is an AWFUL representative of your company and should be handled as such. All we wanted was some chocolate syrup mixed in with vanilla cookie dough mix for our daughter, something that other locations have willingly accommodated. I don't call for anyone to lose their job, but she needs to after calling us liars. She would not offer a refund or anything.We were traveling from Atlanta and stopped there off the highway and had to deal with this disrespect. In addition, the location is completely worn down too and the sign isn't even up. They also make terrible limeade. Stay far, far, away!!!

I got a large water from this sonic and it is so gross. Reminds me of the sewer. Even McDonald’s has better water than this place. Which is crazy bc I’ve gotten water from the Sonic on Donelson and it was fine. This place needs to do some deep cleaning or change the filter. I wouldn’t care if the water was free however I paid for it and I can’t even enjoy my lemon water :(

Went to get ice cream and there machine I guess didn't work. Understandable these things happenBut at same time this is almost half of the menu. I gave 4 stars because of this incident usually sonic has everything and food is good.

It was the worst service I have ever received in my life. The lady on the mic mixed up our orders and ignored us half the time. They brought out our order and then took it back in. They took the credit and didn’t return until ten minutes later. If you are going to a sonic please don’t go here ?.

I WISH I could give "service" a negative star. We didn't even get any service! My best friend and I came to Nashville to celebrate a bachelorette party, original I know, lol. But before we went out we wanted to grab something quick to eat and so we went to this Sonic. It was only around 8 p.m and we rolled up to the window and even though we could see about four or five employees inside all hanging out on their phone, doing what seemed to be Tik tok dances, and laughing and smiling, no one even bothered to come to the microphone. We tried backing up and pulling forward again since there was NO ONE else in line to see if maybe that would trigger some kind of sound or alarm for them to come speak to us. I saw one of them actually look in our general direction and then turn back around and get back on their phone as if we had bothered them.So I stayed for FOUR minutes, and nothing. Not a "hello", not a greeting, not anything. And if "four minutes" doesn't sound that long to you I advise you to put a 4-minute long time around your phone and then just stare at it. There's absolutely no reason why we should have been so blatantly ignored for tiktok dances and laughing, especially after they looked at us. We may not be from around the Nashville area but we will absolutely spread the word and leave reviews like this. Thus franchise location either needs to fire its employees and do better or just be shut down all together like many of the Jack in the boxes in the area.We ended up leaving with absolutely nothing and went across the street to Burger King instead.

Every time I come to this Sonic the staff are always so sweet and respectfully. HOWEVER, clearly the owner of this establishment does not care about the functionality of the franchise. Every time I come, there are at least 10 monitor's that don't work. The restaurant always looks rundown and not cared for. This place needs TLC and someone in leadership that cares about the company, it's workers and reputation!
