I've been sitting at this sonic now with no service for 30 minutes. Pressed the button a few times and, nothing. Other cars are being assisted and every piece of equipment is working just fine, they are just ignoring me because they close in 30 minutes. BEWARE TRIED TO ESCALATE AND CALL THE NUMBER SONIC KEEPS TELLING PEOPLE TO CALL AND IT DOESNT EXIST. I TRIED IT WITH A 1 IN FRONT AND WITHOUT. JUST SAYS THE NUMBER DOESNT EXIST. DO NOT GO HERE. THE STAFF HAS BEEN RUDE. I AM LEAVING. Sonic, do not respond to this review and tell me to call 888-257-8100 because it is not in service and isn't helping anyone.

This is my local sonic and I know they get slammed all the time and do the best they can. However, I just went there at 5pm on a Saturday and they have all of their lights on and there are no employees in the sonic. There were tons of call buttons pressed and customers waiting with no idea that there are no employees there. Idk what’s going on but they really need to get a handle on this location.

Takes forever to get food. When it does come its cold. ordered a sonic cheeseburger without onions. i recieved a patty w cheese and a bun. so pitiful.

Every time I come here the service is awful, the food is cold , today I came ordered tots and a mozzarella stick, was one of 5 cars in lot, took over 20 mins to come out. Lady got mad when I pushed button to check on it after 20 mins. Then food was ice cold. Won’t recommend to my worse enemy

Changing my 4 year old 4-Star rating to 1-Star.

This location has progressively gotten worse over the last 2 years. Service had gone way down hill whether during peak times or not. Waited for over 30 minutes today (after checking in) to pick up a mobile order. The app said it was ready within 10-15 minutes of checking in. No one answered the button press, so after 5 more minutes I had to call them. Received a sour excuse from the staff member who answered the phone. Waited another 10 minutes before our food was finally delivered. The food was cold, a kids meal was missing it's toy, two (of the 4) meals were missing additions that had been up-charges (cheese on one burger, and bacon on another), and no straws were provided for the two combo drinks. The button was still activated from 15 minutes prior, so getting any response was unlikely.

Ordered a burger without the sauce, called back about it and asked for a new burger, person on phone basically said it was my fault as i made the wrong order, she said they removed the seasoning as i she thought that what i said. I said no Smash Sauce 4 times as I don't like the taste or smell of it personally. This is not the first time an order that has been missed up. Im simple i just like a burger, meet cheese. Basically I just said Ill take the L for your mistake and hung up. Never going back to this location again, cant wait to do the receipt survey.

Absolute crap. The guy taking orders over the intercom is blatantly rude, and actively does not listen to you when you order…then has the AUDACITY to get angry with the customer when he keeps getting the order wrong. Wait times are horrendous despite this being a bigger sonic. This place is a joke

Been sitting here waiting over thirty minutes for some tater tots and a drink. This is ridiculous. I could have gone to about 100 sit down restaurants and gotten my food faster than this. Get it together.

After 40 minutes we called them back a second time and got them to recognize that our food was not yet delivered to us. The carhop admitted they forgot. Surprise surprise, everything arrived cold.

By the way at least a third of the stalls are broken. Blank screens, broken card readers and missing menus.

Just a plethora of issues. Not getting the full order, getting the wrong items, etc… currently up to 30 minutes with no order on today’s visit. Nothing ever changes here. Slowly getting worse service.
