I'm never coming here again. I knew this wasn't a great service but I come from time to time just to see if it had improved but it didn't. Had to go to two different stalls after waiting 15-20 minutes just to order food but noone answer. 😕 (Don't tell me to call a number for complaints or feedbacks because I know nothing here will change.)

I’ve been here several times in the past couple of weeks and Michael, the one who is out delivering the food to the vehicles, always has a huge smile, walks with enthusiasm, and looks you dead in the eyes as he delivers the food. This guy is a blessing to Sonic and provides a very enjoyable experience. It’s the little things that matter And this dude gets it. Promote this fella as soon as possible.
Worst run sonic in America. Long waiting time and they forget about half your order.

Quite literally the slowest fast food place I've ever been too. Consistently have to wait over half an hour for food every time I come where and just waited 25 mins for 2 milkshakes. Would take less time overall to drive to another one in town to be honest.

I and multiple friends ordered on the app. One friend went to pick up. Multiple orders at once seemed to confuse your staff. For my order they just threw random stuff in the bag. Not a single item was correct.
