There is a new guy that always mishears you and gives you the wrong order. It seems that he cannot understand and listen to English very well and I’ve been having to repeat myself every time I go here. The food is usually pretty good, but he always misplaces your order or something doesn’t even put some of your order on the screen. This guy needs to be moved to a different place in sonic or either be fired because this has been happening every time I go to sonic.
Breakfast drinks are 99¢, BUT iced coffee isn't a breakfast drink. Since when? Only fountain drinks? False advertisement, Check your total charges before paying or they'll get you. Shame Sonic.

I just door dashed a meal which was crazy priced because I unused door dash and when I got my meal I ordered cheddar peppers as my side when my mail got here my cheddar peppers were cold and there was no ranch no straw for my drink. Let’s top it off for when I called just to say hey can y’all please check your orders? No one said anything to me the young lady literally set the phone down next to her and just left me sitting there talking!!! I’m not disputing this with DoorDash my Dasher was great. She brought my mail here in a timely matter however, they put stickers and stuff on the bag which is totally safe so they need to check the orders and make sure that they’re right and definitely don’t just lay the phone down when someone’s talking to you rude as ever

When you clearly ask for a Sonic Burger and NO CHEESE!!! It appears on the screen, the employee ask if everything looks correct andddddd That’s exactly what you expect to get! Shame on you Sonic for not teaching your employees listening skills!!
