Food quality has gone down significantly, while price has gone up drastically. Service is decent but it feels like they run a skeleton crew most of the day. We quit going there cuz for almost $50 for 4 people to eat, you would think the food would be fresh and prep correctly accordingto the order. I guess that costs extra now too

November 19th2025 I go here to get food the nice Young man came to the car with pen and paper and I wrote my order down for him and it was correct.Tried to call rung no answer just wanted to say thank you for your help and great service

We stopped to get the happy hour drinks from Sonic while we were visiting from California. Huge difference in prices. It was really great to see. We expected to pay a lot more and we normally would back at home.

A+! This sonic does food service right. Order was taken in a timely manner. Speaker rep was friendly and order was 100% correct. And in addition, the most well put together and well presented food I’ve had from a fast food joint in years!

Accidentally went to the wrong Sonic location today but was pleasantly surprised and glad I went. The customer service was quick and the staff was very friendly! I also feel like the quality of my food was better than the other locations in Nashville. I might make this location my go-to from now on!

Almost every screen is this parking lot is down at this location makes online ordering so hard. We don’t know a stall number. I hope someone will contact corporate about this!

I called 15 times. They answered and sat on the phone without speaking. Communication with clients is an imperative skill for those in the service industry. Please do better. I needed to cancel ab order on the app. I'll just call corporate tomorrow.
