I’m really bummed that this is the closest Sonic to me! They are extremely rude here..like..every single time I’m there. They are never busy and treat you like you’re a nucence for ordering. Food is always messed up. I drive further to a different sonic. I worked at sonic for 8 years and I don’t know how this one is still operating tbh.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I came up there a day ago and literally nobody was inside to make or take orders, prior to that I came up there a couple days before that incident happened and there was a sweet lady in the window named Brittany, I said hey just like me, she was the only one who showed up and showed up on time and with the order I had she did an awesome job from taking my order, making my order and also asking me if I needed condiments, she’s the sweetest and her smile and customer service is what makes a person want to come back, she literally got my big order out in three min by herself only in the store, I’ve been there with 3 people working and it took them over 20 min, Brittany was pleasant and my food was fresh, when I came up there Friday morning to see that beautiful smile again her General manager was being very ugly and very vulgar towards her and seeing her cry and leave it broke my heart, I ONLY STARTED COMING BACK TO LOCATION BECAUSE OF MS BRITTANY, what ever y’all are paying her you need to pay her more and the GENERAL MANAGER should be fired for how he treated and talked to her, she deserves better, me and a couple of others have agreed not to ever come back to that location until we see MS. Brittany again

Worst Sonic ever. One time I waited 40 minutes for breakfast before realizing no one was even at work so I never got my breakfast. Gave it another shot the other day.. guy yelled at me in drive thru saying I didn’t sit at the monitor long enough to order. I drove away and never placed an order because I will not be talked to that way. Just save your time and money and do not come here.

Ordered online but they brought me another persons order. They took the food back aggressively and got with me and would not correct it. I ended having to leave even after I showed them a receipt because it apparently my fault that they messed it up. All I wanted was my food but I paid for something I didn’t get. I’d live a refund from management and corrective actions should be taken against the employees

Steer clear of this abysmal excuse for a Sonic establishment. It stands as a blight upon the reputation of the entire Sonic franchise. From the moment you set foot in this sorry excuse for a fast-food joint, you're greeted with broken displays and a complete absence of basic amenities like a functioning card reader. During my unfortunate visit, I found myself to be the sole patron in the entire establishment, and now I understand why. I dared to order two Turtle Truffle Nut Blasts and a Strawberry milkshake, all in mini size, only to be handed mediums without any explanation. As if that weren't insult enough, I was forced to part with $21.00 in hard-earned cash for this dismal excuse for 'food.' But the ultimate insult came when I arrived home, eager to indulge in my purchase, only to discover that the ice cream within those blasted Turtle Truffle Nut concoctions tasted as though it had been left to rot in the sweltering heat of a forgotten freezer. The sickly sourness was reminiscent of curdled yogurt rather than the sweet delight I had anticipated. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this sorry excuse for a Sonic at all costs. It's an embarrassment to the franchise and an insult to anyone who dares to call themselves a purveyor of quality fast food
Can’t even give a star for anything bc we got there, put our order in, says some guy is on his way. then absolute crickets after like 15 minutes so we go to check inside and the doors are locked and lights are off, no one in there. 2 hours before closing. The payment went through too and no food was received. Thanks I guess. Boooooo

One of absolute worst Sonics I've ever been to. Mobile ordering was down. We ordered corn dogs and they were pretty old. Mozzarella sticks were fresh and our drinks were good but the insane wait time just to get food warmed under a heat lamp is too much. Not the best neighborhood either.

Charlotte Pike Sonic has gotten ridiculously awful. Every visit that I've had in the past year has been jacked up. And they aren't friendly. That restaurant has gone down since the manager named Greg left. I wouldn't allow my neighbor's dog to eat there. So much for picking up a burger on the run. CONSIDER THIS A WARNING IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.... fries cold and hard and 12 bucks for a# 1 meal that I couldn't eat....WoW
