The food was good, but they only gave me 4 packs of ketchup for my tots. That seemed very stingy considering my order was $16. Ketchup is cheap, and having enough would have made my meal more enjoyable.
Will not be back. This is in regards to the app and the location. I ordered on the app and chose a desired location to pick up. The app changed the pick up location without me knowing. When I arrive to pick up my order the app showed the order as blank with no information but yet my credit card was charged. When I figured out that the app changed the pickup location I tried calling the Harding location and no one would answer the phone. And because the order was still showing active at the wrong location, I could not reorder on the app. And since no one would answer the phone I could not get them to clear it. The Charlotte Pike location where I had set the pickup just said, "sorry".

Something needs to be done about this location, The building is in miserable shape, stalls broken for months, trash littered around, overall dirtyand the staff are rude, liking to talk over you and consistently fail to take orders right and forgeting items ordered.As a manager of a service based retail establishment myself someone(s) would have been fired long ago or the location shut down. This is ridiculous and it makes Sonic as a whole look bad.
