My friends and I were immediately seated at a table. Waitress placed water, forks and napkins and it went downhill from there. The waitress walked past our table several times before I got her attention while she was on the phone. I told her it was our first time there and asked how we order. She sat down at the end of the booth and asked for our order that she was apparently memorizing. Mind you, the other waitresses had some sort of device they placed their orders in. William Davenport was the entertainment. I can’t tell you how many sets he sang before we realized that tables that came in after us were getting their food. We had seen our waitress pass our table quite a few times and, no matter what direction she was going in, she had her head turned away from us. When we realized we had been there for over an hour, we left. I did tell someone at the bar which table we had been seated at and why we were leaving. I forgot to mention, someone came to our table and asked how we were doing and we all answered that we still dont have our food. She was very courteous and said she would look into it. I think we left about 15-20 minutes later and went to another restaurant. We were extremely disappointed to not have had the great experience others seemed to be having. With a mandatory 18% gratuity if there was live entertainment, I expected better. Every other table appeared to be enjoying themselves. I will try this place again. But I will make sure to get a different waitress and speak to management next time. They tried speaking with us but we didn’t want to let our frustration get in the way of good communication. The staff did seem concerned.

My wife and I came in for a late night dinner and the atmosphere was so welcoming and our waitress was super sweet. However the food was an absolute NO! We had fried pickles and soul rolls for our appetizers. The pickles were fried in fish batter/corn meal and the soul rolls were dry with no type of dipping sauce. My wife ordered the salmon which was grilled hard and over cooked. I had the grilled lobster with asparagus and mac and cheese. The lobster was grilled hard and made it extremely tuff. My asparagus was salty and the mac was not cheesy. While the vibe itself was nice thee food did not match.

Had a great time with my family at this spot... Good food, live entertainment, a complete VIBE. Don't recommend going with a group of more than 10. Although a few ppl in my group didn't get food.. the staff was still accommodating and friendly.

Worst service experience I’ve had in over a decade. Waited 3 hours, went to cancel my order then they brought the food out in a to go box. Absolutely ridiculous. My sever hardly even came to my table for my family and I. As a business owner and investor, I would advise anyone I speak to steer clear of this establishment.

They put everything into decorating the place and nothing into the food or cleanliness. Roaches on the floor, dirty, greasy menus and gross bathrooms. Will never go back.
Worst experience ever . Waited almost 3hours for food .book a reservation just to STILL Have to wait. Servers would forget about you. The dj is bad he play the same songs over and over and they won’t us to pay for it . Do NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Each time I’ve come here, my food has come to the table last and so late that everyone has finished eating by the time my food arrives. Sad because the atmosphere is great! The food was great when it arrived on my first visit. On today’s visit, they forgot and I didn’t get to eat. Won’t be back :)

The vibe was nice as hell, I waited 2.5 hours, no refills on the water or drinks at my table . The food took so long and the waitress took out food to another table and back to the kitchen then bring out the food cold.

Booked a reservation for my youngest daughter's 21st Birthday. She selected the place and we had never been there before so we were all excited. Was greeted at the door and asked to have a seat while they got our seating together(1st red flag). Sat us on the couches to start and we gave our drink orders. Some of us ordered our food. When a table became available they moved us. We sat enjoying the music. Some of the drinks came out others never did. Waitress never came back to check on us or follow up with about our orders. We finally flagged her down to inquire about our food and the table in front of us had been waiting for over 2 hours for theirs. We declined to wait any longer and paid for our drinks and left. Thankfully my daughter had other plans with her sisters but this was a bust. Nice atmosphere. Can't review food since we never got. Maybe just an off night but definitely didn't sit well with me.
