Read about this restaurant on Eater Nashville, so had high expectations. It mostly lived up to it. The Focaccia crust pizza is fantastic, especially topped with burratta. However, the fennel salad was a little bland and grilled dates ok. The restaurant was cozy and excellent service.

The anchovies and coarse salt doused over the Caesar Salad made it waaay too salty. It needed to be neutralized with something. I could not finish it because it was too salty.

The spicy tomato and burrata was delicious. The creamy burrata balanced out the spicy tomato sauce. It did not look like a large portion when it was brought to the table, but I began to feel full halfway through.

Good wine selection, delicious food overall, great service, and a clean restaurant!

It’s hard to leave an unfavorable review when I can see they tried. The food is not overpriced. The focaccia bread slices were really big and only $10-$15 a piece. But, the menu is small and confusing, and after all the hype we heard the food was not worth going for. They seemed to take great care in making it but my impression was…it’s just a slice of bread with some average tasting sauce that did not knock my socks off. Also, after our server asked if we liked the appetizer and we said no, he whisked it away after making g a joke about not forcing us to finish it, but it stayed in the bill. Um, if you take my full plate away without asking it is to be comped.

Couple unfortunate points dropped my rating… first, order was incorrect. Ordered potato and spicy slices and received a regular and one with burrata. Second, no to go silverware when your food is 3-4” high is not cool. No amount of napkins replaces the fact this is a fork and knife focaccia slice.

Beyond that, another thing didn’t jive with me.. they gratted me for a carry out order. I don’t mind tipping in fact often we tip above 20% for good service… but with carry out auto grat isn’t cool.

Stumbled upon this quaint little pizza place while walking around music row. It’s very small inside and I sat at the bar and ordered there. I got a glass of red wine and ordered the pepperoni pizza, paid $46 and tip is already added. The pizza was very thick and had a honey glaze on top. I would compare the size to jets deep dish pizza maybe slightly bigger. It was filling but for the price of $15-16 for one slice was a little out of my budget to eat there again. There is paid parking (first hour free) across from the place.

Had the pleasure of stopping by one of the most authentic tasting focacciaria’s in Nashville TN.. being from NYC and a foccia maker myself I had to see what this place offered.. with a name like Vito you have to deliver and I will tell you all that this place knocked it out of the park! Congratulations on making focaccia great again!! The dough, sauce and toppings were a hit and my entire family nervously tried but then smiled when that first bite and infusion of flavors hits the palate we were all relieved this place is the real deal in authentic Italian focaccia.

Always a great meal here. We have have now tried all the pizzas on the menu in multiple visits but please don’t sleep on the Potato sfincione. It’s special, unique & worth the try!! And definitely our favorite. But the other dishes on the menu are great as well. It’s a bit small inside so always make a reservation. But otherwise a great atmosphere and a great addition to the Gulch

I can’t even begin to explain how incredible this place is. From the food, to the service, to the ambience. Michael, Jeff, and the whole team goes above and beyond every time. The best thing about st. Vito is you can go again and again, and the menu will blow you away more each time. If you have the chance. GO.

Seriously one of the best meals i’ve ever had. The spicy focaccia w burrata was insanely delicious. Sat at the bar which overlooks the kitchen so got to watch them make the entire thing. Such a cool experience and the staff were SO nice. Can’t recommend this place enough! I already want to go back

Delicious meal. Flavors and ingredients are spot on. My hope is that the owner would experience joy in serving his amazing dishes and show it. The vibe at St Vito's would be even better.

Very cozy spot tucked away in the gulch with great vibes; if you haven’t eaten here your life is simply less, tiramisu ftw, and anything Michael makes should be eaten- and Jeff will make you feel like you’re at home!
