I went into your store this morning for my birthday Starbucks treat and I had just gotten off work drove 10 miles to this Starbucks and the person fixing my treat took 15 mins to do so.
I understand you all are busy, but when she forgot to add the Carmel drizzle to the top it appeared I made her mad and it seemed as if she about threw the cup back at me sliding it on the counter. Just an observation.
