have ordered twice today because of the cold weather while working from home. Each time my drink has been flavorless and almost unbearable. I ordered the sugar cookie latte and both times, no flavor. just a bland, mediocre iced latte.

I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks thanks to Barista Richard! He provided exceptional service with a smile, and his attention to detail in preparing my favorite drink was truly impressive. Richard's friendly and efficient approach made my visit enjoyable, and I'll definitely be coming back for more of his fantastic coffee creations. Kudos to Richard for making my day with his outstanding barista skills and great customer service!

This Starbucks used to be open around 0430 in the morning so it was my go to place on my way into work. They have since changed their open time to 0500 in the mornings. The service here is amazing. Mel is a barista here and as soon as she sees me she greets me by name and starts making my order. She is always happy and smiling. She creates a great atmosphere in the mornings.The other baristas are great as well , always smiling always happy to help you. The coffee is good and my order is never wrong. SoWhat more could you ask for!Parking: Huge parking lot shared with multiple businesses so there is a ton of parking.Kid-friendliness: People have their kids here all the time. It’s a Starbucks.Wheelchair accessibility: This is in a shopping center and they appear to be ADA compliant.

The staff got half our order wrong and was upset with us for not immediately grabbing our drinks despite not getting my name *remotely* right. Typing this out, I understand it sounds like we got the wrong order, but we were the only active dine in order at the time. The experience was insulting and generally awful.
