Very friendly they were welcoming white chocolate mocha very delicious cool expensive the mocha was 24$ for a medium open table, booths, baryes only if you're rich

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I don't like how they have that person standing outside waiting to take your order like chick-fil-a. Half the time I don't know what I want until I get to the box and they usually have something new on the menu board. You're missing opportunities for us to see and get extra items. I also feel rushed when the person is standing there waiting to take my order.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. Had my drink remade twice for it to stale 20 mins and still taste like milk. The employees were extremely rude and unapologetic. Won’t be back.
This is the only Starbucks that has made my drink correctly. Literally been to other ones in Nashville and. It taste horrible thank to this location!!!

My drink and food were good as usual. Quickly made, but while I was inside I had each worker asking me if I needed to order and each time I told them I was ordering through the app. Top that for needing a key code to use the bathroom, this particular Starbucks did not feel very welcoming.

I came in and bought the Iced Chai Latte (l always buy this drink) l requested no ice, l think someone decided to put water in my drink. I then called to notify them, they put me on hold without notice.
