The worst service one drink was wrong the other was supposed to be ready at 439 and wasn't ready until 510 but the manager was just in the back of the store talking to some guy will not be back to this location not my first bad experience

I had to leave a review for this location it is the best and believe me I’ve been to them ALL. I have a coffee that is extra ice light milk extra Carmel and I mostly go to East Nashville’s location they created the way I love my drink but it’s always really long lines and super chaotic in that little parking lot I even had someone back into my car and run and seen it happen to two other people both times they ran it’s crazy at that location they definitely need a bigger parking lot for the amount of people that go there or a second location. Point is a started coming to this location they are the only location that cared to make it EXACTLY like I like my drink and everyone that works here is super nice!! Knowledgeable on how to make a GREAT drink. I Love coming to this location!!!! It’s definitely worth driving a little further. Keep it up y’all all your amazing reviews don’t surprise me at all..

The staff are amazing! McKinley and Bo plus a few others whose name I don't know ALWAYS know my 135° drink by heart and their service is unmatched. I love this store. It's my favorite. I love it here.

Everyone there is always so sweet :) thank you guys! I tried the Hendersonville Starbucks so many times before this one, and it's safe to say this is my favorite location. I live and work in H-ville, so that's how far I'll go as of service and getting my order right every time! :)
Incredibly difficult to get in and out of. They also didn't have any of the standard goods available like the muffins, cake pops, etc. I think this store just needs to close and the new store open down the street .

Why would you allow 12 year olds to buy caffeinated beverages without parental consent? They don’t know what’s in the drinks. You have to be responsible and at least let them know that the drink has caffeine in it and ask if they’re allowed to have it.
