Was at the Urgent Care next door. Music was VERY LOUD, coming from Starbucks. Not good when you are sick. Went to restroom, it was even louder. Recorded it. After my appointment at Urgent Care I went to Starbucks to complain. Asked to speak with manager, he/ she wouldn't come out and talk to me. Female employee asked if she could help. I explained the issue to her, she just brushed me off, like it didn't matter. VERY disrespectful and irresponsible of Starbucks and their employees. People go to Urgent Care when they are VERY SICK. Stopped here after a remodel and canāt say Iām impressed. Staff was nice and my drink was made correctly however there is no where to use the restroom and not a single item or chair in the lobby. No napkins, straws or drink stand to add anything to your drink like other Starbucks. Was going to get a drink and hang out with my kindle for awhile but clearly that didnāt happen. I know this is a small Starbucks so I thought maybe they were trying to focus more on drive thru but they also have a tiny drive thru with not much wrap around parking lot space. Unfortunately youāre better off going to goodlettsville.

If You are going to use this location, Make sure you go through the drive-through. The dining room has no customer service. I stood there for 5 to 10 minutes and wasnāt even acknowledged. There were two cars in the drive-through, they couldāve at least acknowledged that I walked in the door. I will never return.

I frequent MANY of the Nashville locations and this is BY FAR my absolute favorite. I am in Starbucks at least twice a day in other places. Iāve been here every other evening omw to work for the last year and the consistency is always on point. One time my payment didnāt go through (for whatever reason) and Teagan (?spelling?) said I got you. Gabe is so funny & sweet the lady with pink hair I never catch her name but she always greets me with a smile. Havenāt ever been disappointed. Iāll avoid the location 2 minutes from my home because of their attitudes and travel 20 minutes to this one. ā¤ļø

Absolutely amazing people work here. This has been me and my husbandās coffee spot for almost 3 years. The drinks are always perfect. And the staff is always super sweet. We brag about the baristaās everywhere we go.
Says on google they are open until 9pm. First isnāt a holiday and itās a Wednesday. They have a sign outside that said the drive though was closed and to come into the lobby. When I finally got someoneās attention at the window , I explained I could not come inside because I have a sleeping toddler in the back seat. She then proceeds to lie and say they are completely closed and very rudely and sarcastically at have a great while slamming the window in my face. Extremely rude. Do not come here. They only hire a certain type of young entitled person. They suck. They are disrespectful and irresponsible. And the drinks are always wrong.

This place is just weird. The feeling of passive aggressive is definitely floating in the air. I asked for 2 tall coffees and got 2 small short cups I never even knew Starbucks sold. They hand you the debit key pad in the creepiest way and greet you with the weirdest one liners in the drive thru. You never hear Hi welcome to Starbucks or Good morning it's always like some creepy what is your day like today or how is your morning today.I would definitely hate working here because the ora of the place puts out some really weird mental vibes. Whoever is in charge your behavior reflects on your employees and it shows. I take the short cups as the parody you battle in your own short mindsets. No thanks. It's Dutch Bros from now on. Sick of this weird place.

They have the Greatest People working here I LOVE too stop for my Frappuccino and see my LGBTQ Family Starbucks needs to make a car airfreshner with the smell of the coffee and change it and the whole month of JUNE is GAY PRIDE MONTH ?ļøā? ? and say come in and enjoy our PRIDE COFFEE in Fall Pumpkin Pie Spice and Christmas Peppermint or Egg Nog the Spring Time Fruit smells with the Smell of the Starbucks COFFEE and the TEAS will make people think O yea it Smells like it's time for a Starbucks
Vegetarian options: I LOVE the oatmilk almond milk they have something for everybody
Kid-friendliness: The people there are 2 others I go to are like Family you need to open one on Dickerson Pike across from Skyline Hospital there's a Walmart Supercenter a Lowes and people going to work in Nashville right there by 65 & 24 and the other freeways
