Worst place in Hermitage. I waited 20 minutes for a simple americano and bagel, which is already ridiculous for a Starbucks, but the wait wasn’t even the worst part. The atmosphere behind the counter was uncomfortable and honestly upsetting. An employee named Scott was openly talking down to other employees in a belittling, condescending way, as if they were incompetent or a nuisance. This wasn’t subtle or private...it was right in front of customers. No one should be spoken to like that at their workplace. What made it even more disappointing was watching the female manager stand by and allow it to happen without stepping in. That kind of behavior reflects poor leadership and sends a clear message that disrespect is acceptable here. The whole environment felt unprofessional, unethical, and sad to witness. Coffee isn’t worth supporting a place where employees are treated so poorly. I won’t be back, and if Google allowed zero stars, that’s exactly what this location would get. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Walked into Starbucks and asked to use the restroom and was I asked if I was gonna buy something from there and was told if I didn’t then I could not use the restroom.
I normally go through the drive-through and purchase my Starbucks and I’ve always thought a lot about Starbucks coffee and their food, but they definitely do not have to ever worry about me ever buying Starbucks from there or any other location. That was very rude

Me and my husband came through the drive thru to get a chai tea latte 8 pumps whole milk and a mocha cookie crumble both large my mocha cookie crumble tasted like the milk was bad the girl in the drive thru was being very rude
Great Starbucks! My husband spilled his venti caramel macchiato on the floor and the staff was so kind! The employees cleaned up the mess AND made him a new drink. Other customers even jumped in with napkins to help out. We offered to mop, but they insisted that it was no problem at all. Great service! ❤️

The girl with the bun working the window was not very friendly. First off I told her she could keep the change since it was like 3 cents, she didn’t listen, then once she handed me my coffee I politely asked for a napkin. She grabs a hand full and when I said thank you, she shook her head like I was bothering her and closed the window in my face without acknowledging the thank you. My thing is, we all have jobs and we get tired, but to work directly with customers, her attitude was not very pleasant or professional! I will not be back to this location!

My partner came to this location and was told he needed to buy something. He was only there for about ten minutes. He bought something anyway but let me say this. I lived in NJ where we are known to be rude and when I used to study there during grad school it would take me two hours to sometimes order something. People don’t purchase right away and if you’re kind people will actually buy MORE. The guy with the beanie on should not be working there.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks (Andrew Jackson/Lebanon Rd location) for years. There has been in the recent many weeks a young, brunette barista that always wears a mask… and attitude… if she doesn’t receive more than a 2 dollar tip at the drive-thru window. Sound silly? I thought it was just me at first until I started testing it. $2 at the window and I would be sent away with a thanks you and what appeared to be a smile from the mask. $1 and I’d get an annoyed look and stare and be handed my cup with silence… every single time. I see now one of the reasons people pay from the app. After years of driving through this specific store for convenience, I will avoid this store to avoid this rude attendant. I will go out of my way to another store in Hermitage. Maybe she sees my hospital attire and my car and believes I should be tipping more. Sometimes I do. But I should receive the same courtesy either way. The store should address this young lady. I know I can’t be the only one and I certainly don’t need this type of attitude in the evenings before I start very long shifts. If you are paying at the window with a card in the evenings, hope to avoid her or at least be willing to tip more for a more satisfying experience.
