Bathrooms are a problem at this location. I have walked in on two people now because locking the door behind you is confusing. After speaking with management, I was told there was nothing they can do but leave a review. If you ask for the code for the bathroom, be sure to knock before opening. I’m happy to change this review to the 5 stars this location deserves if they change the restrooms locks to be more secure.

This Starbucks is quiet and has nice seating both indoors and outdoors. The service is great and the baristas are friendly. I had a venti Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte served in a real glass! It was delicious, not overly sweet, and felt luxurious drinking from actual glassware! I ordered it in decaf so it was a great afternoon treat. Will definitely be having this again!

I am a Military Spouse and me and my husband went to get a free Tall Caramel Ice Coffee for Veterans day and the cashier was racist. She and her coworker were racist, they did not want to make my coffee. This is the Starbucks located at 5008 Old Hickory Blvd. I will never go there again. I received an inadequate response, since she is white. They have lost a loyal customer. I will go elsewhere for my Ice Coffee.
