This was my first time visiting this location. We ordered 3 drinks. They didn't have a lot of what we wanted, so that was frustrating. The service was ok. I didn't really like that this location doesn't have the menu board like the other locations do. I would more than likely not return to this location.

The recent changes and remodel to this location are HORRIBLE!! There is no longer any tables or chairs to sit at inside, no more menu board to order from and the restroom is no longer available for customers. There are several signs that say “Pick up” oooHow could anyone think this is a good idea? I really hope all Starbucks

Refresher was bad. I watched the barista smell one of the ingredients she put in my daughters refresher. She obviously thought something was wrong. She sold it to us anyway. My daughter drank it and then was vomiting.

They have turned this Starbucks into a pick up only. While there are actual humans working there they have no desire or ability in engage with customers and are extremely rude

The new remodel sucks. Nowhere to sit. Very cold and sterile atmosphere.

Go to “The Well Coffee” instead. Walked in after the remodel and did an about face. Never coming back!

Years ago, this location was a fantastic place to meet friends, grab a coffee, and enjoy a nice conversation in a pleasant environment. Then, they removed half the seating and installed huge storage cabinets instead. A few months ago, they remodeled this location, and it's now a glorified coffee machine. Order online, pick up your coffee, and get out. I'll take my coffee business to local establishments that still value community like The Well or The Good Cup.

From out of town. Ordered Venti Americano with 3 pumps peppermint. NEVER order cream b/c can’t ingest cream. Was too far away to turn around when discovered the cream. Had to take it back next day and it was replaced with a reprimand in case it “ever happens again.” McDonalds…just down the road has stellar service and while their quality of coffee isn’t Starbucks…it’s good enough and worth it getting the great customer service.
This location truly has some of the most unfriendly and rude employees..
I’ve left here with more unpleasant than pleasant experiences…

walked in and went to the front and they accused of me going into the back. I then ordered my food and tipped them but one the workers kept looking at me. just know, they didn’t do anything to my white friend. Then the worker slapped my food on the table and said here ya go very sarcastically and then i walk out and my friends mom was in the drive thru and the worker told her that i stole out the tip jar. me and my friends mom talked for a little bit and im telling them to check the cameras. i leave and then come back and confront them but the manager talked to meand not the worker that accused me of stealing
