Refresher was bad. I watched the barista smell one of the ingredients she put in my daughters refresher. She obviously thought something was wrong. She sold it to us anyway. My daughter drank it and then was vomiting.

Years ago, this location was a fantastic place to meet friends, grab a coffee, and enjoy a nice conversation in a pleasant environment. Then, they removed half the seating and installed huge storage cabinets instead. A few months ago, they remodeled this location, and it's now a glorified coffee machine. Order online, pick up your coffee, and get out. I'll take my coffee business to local establishments that still value community like The Well or The Good Cup.

From out of town. Ordered Venti Americano with 3 pumps peppermint. NEVER order cream b/c can’t ingest cream. Was too far away to turn around when discovered the cream. Had to take it back next day and it was replaced with a reprimand in case it “ever happens again.” McDonalds…just down the road has stellar service and while their quality of coffee isn’t Starbucks…it’s good enough and worth it getting the great customer service.
This location truly has some of the most unfriendly and rude employees..
I’ve left here with more unpleasant than pleasant experiences…

walked in and went to the front and they accused of me going into the back. I then ordered my food and tipped them but one the workers kept looking at me. just know, they didn’t do anything to my white friend. Then the worker slapped my food on the table and said here ya go very sarcastically and then i walk out and my friends mom was in the drive thru and the worker told her that i stole out the tip jar. me and my friends mom talked for a little bit and im telling them to check the cameras. i leave and then come back and confront them but the manager talked to meand not the worker that accused me of stealing

I’m truly neutral on this review. It really depends on what you want, so here it is:The Starbucks has reopened after months of remodeling, so I had to check it out. Do you just want to order a coffee via an app and pick it up with drive-thru or counter, then this your place. Although you can order at counter still, their signage definitely expresses their preference for app ordering and pickup. Just a few benches for waiting. Baristas are out of site, so no interactions with the staff outside of the person working the counter. No counter for coffee condiments and napkins. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. This truly is now just a “to go” coffee space. Grab and go.If you want to sit down and have a coffee and pastry with a friend or family, then you can’t do that here. (See The Well in Bellevue One)
