What an improvement, having a larger store with a drive through and there own parking area has improved this location, would love to see the Hwy 100 location do the same.

I ordered two warm, or “kids temp,” drinks, but when I got there, I could tell they were not from the moment I touched them. I asked the barista if they were made warm, like the order tag showed, because they felt very hot, without even making eye contact and while walking away, he said I made them at 160°. At the prices being paid for these drinks, I should be able to get what I asked for and shouldn’t have to settle for what they choose to give me.

Service is top notch like any other Starbucks location. A few standouts, service was quick and professional, ambience is fantastic and establishment is quiet. Some staff can look a bit grumpy but who isn't nowadays. 😉

Got my order completely wrong. It taste horrible. Not sure if the employees are not trained or they are new. My drink is so bad I wasted $ because it went in the trash. Is it that hard to customize a drink? I kind of regret giving the tip I did. This location will not last long in making money if they don’t get some better learning of drinks.

I've been going here consistently for the last few months. The baristsas are always welcoming and even remember the regulars, which I don't see often at Starbucks. The drink suggestions are always on point too!

I’m really impressed with the staff here - the way they greet every single customer, go out of their way to take orders, and serve with a smile is something you don’t see at most Starbucks!

I just purchased the summer berry & I bought a new cup. The service was awesome. However my drink was mixed with water not lemonade. Poured blue berry in a cup then put it under a faucet mixed poured in my cup. At first I was like maybe that’s the lemonade and because of my job I was kinda in a rush well lo and behold it taste like berry water so disappointing 😭 the cup cute though.

Ordered impossible sandwich it was cold outside they made me the second sandwich because the first one was cold inside and the second sandwich is cold inside as well. decided to leave and not order sandwiches here anymore!

They make the drinks really good and are the nicest staff but are so slow. Every time I order in store I stand there for 10 min waiting for my drink while they just do mobile order after mobile order. Customers waiting inside should be served first cuz half the mobile orders sit there anyway and no one picks them up. Nice workers but ridiculous how long it takes.

You spent the money for the coffee, and the employees made it wrong and didn't secure the lid correctly and spilled all over me when I took a drink. I am very disappointed with this location.
It’s hard for me to write a review for any Starbucks store. Food and drinks are pretty much standard quality. You are getting what you are expecting, expect when baristas really screw up your coffee drink. What makes difference is ambiance, cleanliness and extra effort by employees. This location is never been the cleanest one, Sunday morning are always very busy, long lines. This visit employees step up and inquired for my order till we both realized that app order didn’t go through. They made a cappuccino right away and made me feel good
