You spent the money for the coffee, and the employees made it wrong and didn't secure the lid correctly and spilled all over me when I took a drink. I am very disappointed with this location.
It’s hard for me to write a review for any Starbucks store. Food and drinks are pretty much standard quality. You are getting what you are expecting, expect when baristas really screw up your coffee drink. What makes difference is ambiance, cleanliness and extra effort by employees. This location is never been the cleanest one, Sunday morning are always very busy, long lines. This visit employees step up and inquired for my order till we both realized that app order didn’t go through. They made a cappuccino right away and made me feel good

The employees here are a gem, but they really really need to work on calling orders at a louder voice, especially when it's busy. It's nearly impossible to hear some of them, so a lot of people end up crowding the counter. I stood for 20 waiting for my mobile order because I never heard it called. This has happened on multiple occasions. Maybe have staff ask customers to back up. Also I'm not sure if the restaurants do this, or the app automatically calculates it, but the ETA is not correct. App will 6-8 minutes and you're waiting almost 20

Placed mobile order and it was ready right on time. Staff was friendly. Problem I had was this was not a great place to work while here as I could find no available plugs anywhere in the customer area for my laptop. Small inside, very few places to sit. Floors were dirty and there were lots of boxes stacked up along the window where more tables could be. It’s ok for a chat, but not work!

I did call ahead order online for to frappé, I ordered large paid for large and got small, I told the person behind the counter when I arrived that the drinks were supposed to be large, he acted like he didn't care, I paid over $17 for these, not happy at all, I drove all the way from Charlotte to get these, almost an hour
I visited this Starbucks twice in the past month because my regular Starbucks is being remodeled. It's not the same.

Poor service. Was ignored by older lady as food sat on the counter, getting cold, waiting to be packed up
I have ordered from this Starbucks on many occasions, and I am consistently disappointed. First of all, there is very little space to wait for drinks. And I always have to wait a while for drinks despite more employees being on hand than seems can move behind the counter. Multiple times I have waited over 20 minutes for my drink. Not helpful when trying to get to work on time. Also, ordering a Venti is not actually a Venti here… Open the lid after picking up and it will be 2 to 3 inches from the top sometimes, even with ordering extra shots. Staff isn’t friendly. Floor is often dirty. Decided today I am just not going to mess with this location anymore which really sucks since it’s the only coffee shop in this area.
