Refused my baby a pup cup on his birthday(he was in his customized bday outfit so I’m sad) and told me I couldn’t buy a cup of water because that’s not considered a “real drink”!! WHEN DID THE PUREST FORM OF BEVERAGE THAT KEEPS US ALIVE NOT CONSIDERED A DRINK?! I literally don’t drink coffee and only get breakfast SOMETIMES here but I was hyped up by a friend to go because Starbucks does this for pups. Well I’ll just go make him a pup cup. It’s nothing but whipped cream in a cup anyways.

This review is solely for your employee Kennedy! I’ve had a few bad experiences at this location with other staff members but she is truly a ray of light! Every time I get her at the drive thru she is so kind and I know I’ll be taken care of. She’s given me compliments, commented on how cute my dogs are, etc. Today while I was waiting for my order she asked me all about which dog was the best behaved, talked about her own German shepherd… it’s so refreshing for a “fast food” employee to be so personable and human in a world where people just clock in and clock out doing the least. Get that girl a raise! Or a promotion 👀 Keep being you, Kennedy! Thank you so much!

I ordered a caramel crunch frappe with oat milk. The worst tasting coffee drink I’ve ever had. I didn’t taste one drop of Oat milk. I don’t think the girl added it.. instead she probably gave me the regular milk and charged me for oat milk.. they drown it in whip cream at the bottom that’s all I could taste was whip cream and not the actual coffee.. don’t know what’s with all the hype about Starbucks.. they are overpriced and overrated. I will stick with my usual coffee shop which is White Bison!!! Their coffees are amazing and I can most definitely taste the oat milk in my frappe. Will not be returning to Starbucks.

Server was rude. Walked away before order was complete. She acted like she did NOT want to be here! Walked away while I was ordering and missed half the order. Threw food together like it annoyed her. Never apologized or said one polite word.

I used to always stop and get a coffee here when I was shopping at Target and now I don’t even bother.The staff is rude, unfriendly, and slower than you could ever imagine.the other day was my final straw. I was the only person in line, there were 3 people working and I stood there for 2 minutes before anyone even looked at me or acknowledged me and then had to wait over 5 minutes for my drink. for cold brew with milk. seriously?it’s honestly quicker to just drive to the starbucks next door.

Whoever works the Saturday night close shifts at 8 effing 30 Jan 6 is trash. Join the rest of your cohorts in a protest or something
Every time I've gone to this one for the past couple of years or so it is never made where it tastes good. I've been to other Starbucks that the taste was exceptional but I'm not sure if they have problems keeping people at this one due to it being in a Target with high volume and the training isn't great or what but I don't recommend this one. The staff seemed friendly which is a plus.

The morons that work here don’t know how to make a peppermint mocha. It’s a literal hot chocolate with maybe a splash of peppermint and no whipped cream.

My friend and I went to Starbucks after shopping at target and experienced less than satisfactory treatment. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this one is extremely merited. The two employees were rolling their eyes and being rude the entire time and gossiping making everyone wait for their orders. The sweet lady that was 3 people in front of us ordered the same thing as I did but in a grande size and the people in front of us(as well as my friend and I )received ours before she did. She politely reminded them multiple times. It had been 20 minutes she told us and still she hadn’t received her order. They were snarky to her when she reminded them as we were about to leave. It was incredibly disheartening and working in the customer service industry myself; this is NOT how it should be done. I hate writing a review like this but it absolutely needs to be addressed.

They were almost completely out of food, the cappuccino was all foam and both drinks turned our stomach from bitter coffee.
