I don’t come to this location very often, but I can guarantee I will not be coming back. I came in around noon on 1/3 and there was a curly black hair on my drink, which is just disgusting. A taller man with a face mask had an odor to him, which makes me think this place does not value employee hygiene. He was also the only one with that kind of hair. I hope he at least washes his hands.

I got the nastiest looks from an employee in the drive thru a few moments ago. I do often have issues with my butter croissant. It’s typically ice cold in the middle.. there have been times when I’ve asked for it to be done all the way through when ordering to avoid having to have it remade, but then it’s too crispy on the outside and is almost burnt. I only have these problems with this one location in particular but it’s closest to my house so I continue to come. I’m not sure if there’s a way to fix it- but the lady with the braids visibly rolled her eyes at me not once but twice this morning. It wasn’t a good feeling especially since I spend so much money here. They do remake the croissants when I ask- so the review is mostly about the eye roll. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like that here but it was definitely worth noting.

Don't have an attitude with the customer when they're waiting for their drink. And for sure don't talk about the customer while they're standing there waiting!
