From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich flavors of chocolate and toasted nuts, it's served fresh every day at a Starbucks® store near you.

In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I’ve become a regular at this location as I work nearby. Probably one of the best ones I’ve been to overall. I know a few of the employees have been there for at the least, 3 years, as a couple of years ago I worked somewhere else nearby and then left for a year or two and when I worked nearby again they were still there. They know me by name and if they see me will address me and say good morning. I don’t know everyone’s name yet, but they’re all really cool and personable....

No enthusiasm, didn’t ask for my name , didn’t ask what size I wanted , and basically just took my order . Then walked away . Didn’t even know when my order was ready because they didn’t ask for me name . Just not how a I expected Starbucks to be .

I visit this location frequently as it’s the closest to my house and my experience just is never consistent. Sometimes the food and service is top tier, but multiple times I’ve left disappointed and upset with how rude some of the drive thru workers are.
