I’ve always had amazing service at this Starbucks, but I want to share an act of kindness that recently happened when I visited this store. I have very recently put down my sweet fur baby. In my grief I have been trying to get back A sense of normalcy in my life.

I went into the store and I think it’s pretty clear just looking at me that I was a mess and going through a hard time. The store associate named Luke was so kind to me And I won’t ever forget...

Good ambiance and drinks taste good, but customer service is not there. Was not welcomed in, took them 5 minutes to take my order when there was one other person who they attended to in there. I didn’t even get a have a good day , or you’re welcome when I was leaving and said thanks . You can make good drinks all day but nobody’s gonna want to come back if you don’t even speak or look up at the person you’ve served .
