I am what some may call a coffee snob!! It needs to be simple and strong. I was happy to find there was a Starbucks in The Doubletree Lobby. Three nights on Broadway requires a good strong large ice coffee with a shot of espresso and a drop of cream!!!! They delivered every time!!!!! Excellent, friendly staff who got you your coffee quickly with a smile!!!!
I have noticed that many of the Starbucks I have ordered from seem to be watering down their ice coffee. Maybe they no longer use their dark roast, I’m not sure but this particular Starbucks does it right!!!! Simple, Dark and Strong!!!!!! Thank you guys don’t think I could have survived Nashville without you!!!!

Had to laugh. I tipped $2 for my order and the credit card screen replied. Bad Tip! .. Do they think they're a full service restaurant with table service and clean up?
Felicia provides awesome service with care.

Clean and fast and beautiful inside. Not a ton of seating but still a nice atmosphere.
Parking: Parking garage nearby 1 hour is $10 and is $20.

Slowest service I've ever experienced at any location beyond disbelief. Cashier counts like a 5 year old and unprepared for full day service in a town looking to only focus on card payments over cash. It's just a fasad location like what you expect at Kroger or walmart.

Just off the hotel lobby this is one of the few Starbucks in downtown Nashville. Walk-in only with limited street parking - no drive-thru. Full service but limited seating.

Cute little spot to grab your favorite SB drink but it does seem to be ran by Hilton employees? The few times I’ve been here, everyone behind the counter was in casual clothing (which isn’t detrimental to your coffee taste but more of perception thing). No free wifi, you are able to connect to the Hilton wifi if you are a guest to the hotel otherwise prepare to use your hotspot. Also, the only real seating area they have is in the Hotel Lobby.

I'd like it more if they offered senior discounts

As a chain, it has gotten much worse, you eat standing up and there are no bathrooms for the public, even the choice of food is poorer than in the past.
thank you Alexandra, you are always the best. Thank you for advising all the time, you open a new world for me in Starbucks. It’s so 😋 tasty
the past 2 times ive been to this starbucks, they’ve messed up my order. i only returned the second time being that it’s the closest to my job. the workers are nonchalant & rude.
