If I could give this place a negative zero I would. The baristas were loud, talking negatively about customers, one of two red dyed haired black young women grabbed a black trash bag and started strangling the other as she was making drinks “as a joke”. Witness another customer come back to the Starbucks to pick up his ordered and stated he only wanted one drink. The red hair dyed black young women with a ponytails and very thick false lashes proceeded to tell him “well you paid for two” rolled her eyes and walked away leaving the older gentleman dumbfounded. Customers were confused why they wouldn’t take the drink back and refund him. My order personally wasn’t announced only half because guess everyone there was having a rough day or maybe it’s just the caliber of people they hired. I will say I became annoyed when waiting 10 minutes for an order not announced and waiting for more than 15 mins for a refresher. So I asked the same woman(unfortunately for me

With 5 or 6 people working, the wait was long, confusion was evident. They had, literally 6-8 cups and bags on the counter called out names and Noone there would come forward. Didn't say names loud or clearly enough. Ordered a sugar free almond latte, was like warm flavored milk!
My group waited 20 minutes.
I won't likely be at a Starbucks again...poor coffee, suburban par service in Nashville

Horrible experience at this Starbucks. They got our order wrong and when we raised this with the woman who gave us our order, she ignored us until we gave up and walked away. The milk in our coffee was also clearly expired, so we had to throw away our drinks because we had to rush to the gate and didn’t have time to wait in the line again after being ignored by the barista. The absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, including numerous airport experiences.

Yes it’s an airport location, but what’s unacceptable for a Starbucks is that the regular drip coffee is often burned and not fresh. Bad for Starbucks given the premium prices.

Also, given how busy this location is, it would make sense to have 2 lines… one for the funky crazy drinks with the kitchen sink, and one for customers who just want a regular fast pour coffee. Start rethinking your line logistics Starbucks. You make enough revenue from your customers to up the service experience.

Didn't order food, but drinks were great, service pleasant and fast turnaround. I did go early on my way in to work, but none the less, I would revisit that location again.

Don’t order a custom drink. They’ll make it wrong or if you ask for light ice they’ll make a full drink then pour out the excess to make it line up with normal drink quantities. Also they do not have the proper lids and strays for boba drinks so don’t order those either. And their food isn’t up to date on app or at the register and if they don’t have what you want and you ask for a refund they tell you to get in touch with corporate. That is not how ANY Starbucks is ran anywhere else including other airports. SMH. It was either get some other food or don’t get food at all and still pay for what you wanted.

Every single time my flight comes into Nashville around 730pm, the Starbucks is “out” of everything! They are cleaning up and “nothing is available”. Very frustrating after a day of travel! Every person I’ve dealt with has been rude and short. Just because there’s no way for them to get in trouble, since I can’t find a phone number to call, they think it’s ok for poor customer service!

The staff at this Starbucks provide top tier customer service. The individual working the till this morning was greeting everyone with a smile and was exuding positive energy - just what everyone needs at 4am at the airport. Well done!

On 09/11/2024 at 6:14 the 2 girls in the from had a nasty attitude and she mess up my refresher and ask her to fix it she was rolling her eyes if u don’t want to work stay home with your attitude
