Starbucks

Don’t go here. They use to be great but now I wait 20-25 in drive through and this is every time. They are so slow and don’t seems to care. They also need a drink cap where you can only order 4 drinks max because these huge orders are slowing everything down and people are just leaving.

Not only was that the best pumpkin latte I ever had but I had proceeded to get the best sleep I had ever had to go along with it. That coupled with the cream cheese pumpkin muffins.

Awful service I ordered by mobil would be ready at 4:28 it was 4:50 I asked to the red hair young person, what time it be ready he said mad I'm working on that he rolled his eyes. Came a lady she was sitting and asked me what happened with my order she saw people come and leave? And I’m here I said this my question the young person looks us mad anyway my order was ready at 5:03

I visit the Starbucks every morning Erica and the manager are amazing. She’s one of the best drive-through person amazing personality great person I get a small coffee and ice every day and what a service thank you guys thank you so much.

I frequent this location and would normally rate 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience was not great today. They did not have their app updated as to what is in stock and also did not have options to make a skinny caramel macchiato. Also, their breakfast equipment was down. Ok, so I ordered with a lovely young lady standing by the drive through menu instead of the app. They did not have most of the breakfast options I requested. So I completed my order and drove around. The lady at the window was not polite at all. Then when I asked for a drink holder for my multiple drinks. When she provided it, it was wet and soggy. Would not hold my drinks. I mentioned it to her and she did not replace it, just walked away. I asked for some straws and she did not even acknowledge that I spoke to her and then brought me straws, with attitude like I was inconveniencing her. Maybe she was having a bad day, but this is not an excuse when you are in a customer service role.

The driveway gentleman was so nice and considerate. I ordered my veinti Java chip on my app and within minutes it was ready to be picked up. They have a patio are outside the entrance to enjoy nice weather. It’s located right by the regions bank and Kroger.

Be cautious putting in a mobile order here. They don’t keep the app updated with what they have in stock and you can put your order in for food, arrive 20 minutes later and it’s not close to being ready. Truly the worst one I’ve been to.

Apparently this is the only location you still have to place your order the box, even if you’ve ordered online and your notification says it’s ready… only because the girl had to walk an extra 2 feet to grab my order. ??‍♂️

Two times they have been outside taking orders - idk maybe the system was down but they kept the line going. So just wanted to give them props. Today I had a daughter mall Day and we finished by coming here to get drinks.

I go here almost everyday, today; the hot chocolate taste like water. I also got a cup without the sleeve and I was told now I need to ask for a sleeve.Not a good experience for a frequent customer.
