I have been coming to the Starbucks for years it’s always fast and nice. I’m not sure what’s going on but last two months at least two times a day I’m there sometimes take me 28 minutes 27 minute on drive-through to get my order and then not very friendly is like everything has changed. They used to be so friendly they recognise you and all stars with a manager. It seemed like she is always angry always in the weeds always behind and if you even say something she had an attitude. They should not take 28 minutes to get a medium coffee and a latte and drive-through. I have never waited that long in my life in Starbucks.

Constantly out of items! Even signature holiday drinks. For example: today is Friday, they have been “OUT” of sugar cookie since last Sunday!! Ever day, it says “NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS LOCATION”. It’s a holiday drinks which means we only have a short time to get it and they’ve been out for 5 days?! Manager needs to get it together!

Probably the worse one in the area. Definitely the slowest out of all of them. I rather go to the one with drive through because its faster. No one is friendly which I care less if my coffee is fast. You cant be both slow and unfriendly. So aggravating and I always order way ahead and still end up waiting forever.

7:30 am the guy behind the counter hands me a coffee and I get in my car and 2 minutes later pick it up to take a sip and the lid comes off and burns both my legs and my stomach. I called the store and the manager who identified herself as star intentionally gave me a wrong phone number to report it to. They also stopped answering my phone calls and eventually blocked my number 20 minutes later. This is not how you treat people.

Bro if yall want a drink just go to another Starbucks or go to Dutchbros near the place this place literally sucks bro not only do they take like 20 minutes for an easy Grande Drink they be messing up your order too. I asked a for venti matcha with coldfoam and came out like this all of it is basically coldfoam and got like 3 cubes of ice and the foam doesn’t even taste good and they keep talking and doing nothing while making drinks making them take even more time genuinely don’t know how I didn’t tweak out I was in a rush🫩

Absolutely awful. I order 10 minutes ahead in a rush and I see the workers standing around not making my order at all. I tell them I’m waiting on a food item and they still just stand around and even left the area. I had to leave without it and I’m very disappointed. Without fail every time I’ve came here I’ve had to ask for my food to be made and 5 minutes after I’ve originally put my order in they start making it is good time. Terrible time management and terrible service.

This store has gotten worse it's takes 30 minutes to get my order completed even if I come inside. And the drive thru is worse. The staff needs more training because they're several workers here so no excuse for being shot staffed. As much as I pay on a weekly basis please do better
