I'm not sure what's happened here. It used to be my favorite place. But the whole crew seems to have turned over and none of them are nice. Nobody acknowledges you when you walk in. Or when your standing there waiting for your coffee. I order and wait in my car until the time says it should be ready, I come in and I still wait 10 sometimes 20 minutes on a cortado. This place has severely gone down hill.

My son and I went to this starbucks. The black lady the resiter was great. I had gift cards. They were a problem with she ask a lady to help. She didn't help she rude. I ask to see what was in my gift cards. She didn't check just throw them away.

The black lady denise was very super nice. The other very rude. I had gift cards. Other Starbucks said that they were 5. 5. And 8 something in coins. The registry went down. Denise ask for help that lady was very rude. I give this place zero stars

Manager came in with six boxes of pizza and told everyone in the lobby to get out because they’re having a staff meeting at 4 PM in the afternoon. It was 3:50 PM.Manager was really pompous about it and turning people away. Just overall a terrible look and even worse expectations for customers. Least put something on the door that day of as opposed to just kicking people out of a restaurant without notice. Won’t come back here again.

I don’t ever order anything from here but I deliver food and had to pick up here today. I was there for about 20 minutes of my shift waiting on one to go drink that was ordered who knows how long before I even got there. The staff isn’t mean but they aren’t nice either lol very unpleasant vibes in that place. I’m going to try to avoid it in the future.

This place is not geared toward in store customers at all. 6 people were working there and not one took the time to take my order at the counter. completely ignored. After a minute I left. I hate this place.

The Starbucks in East Nashville is hands down one of the best run stores I have ever been to. You can immediately tell it starts with leadership. The store manager does an incredible job creating a positive and welcoming environment and it shows in every interaction.

Lisa is an absolute rockstar. She is consistently friendly upbeat and genuinely cares about the customers. She remembers people keeps things moving and always has a great attitude no matter how busy it gets.

The guys working there are just as awesome. Professional efficient and always in good spirits. Even during peak rushes they keep things smooth and never make you feel rushed or like just another order.

This team truly goes above and beyond to make your day better not just your coffee. East Nashville is lucky to have a Starbucks staffed with people who clearly take pride in what they do. Keep doing what you are doing. You have something special here.

I will never step foot in a Starbucks again.

Today, I witnessed a manager remove a homeless man who had paid for his coffee with his own money simply because he briefly dosed off—during extreme temperatures.

I understand that Starbucks is not a shelter. But there is a human, dignified way to handle these situations. What I saw lacked compassion and basic decency.

This was shameful.
Support businesses that still treat people like humans.
Go to Dunkin.

Ok look it’s a Starbucks, you know what you’re getting food and drink wise. For me it’s where I go for holiday drinks (which I love). But out of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to the staff is so friggin nice! I always go through the drive through and have been coming since they opened and have never once had a bad interaction. Idk what some people are complaining about. It’s probably you, sorry. Staff is A+++. Always great customer service!

The worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. This woman gaslit me two separate times into thinking they had my mobile order and condescendingly explained that they have no control over the app times. Then when I finally asked someone else to check apparently I hadn't even ordered to this location. Would've been nice if they told me that the first 2 times I asked...

My boyfriend and I went to order one of their discontinued drinks. We ended up leaving but the barista came out to the parking lot to catch us; Even though it wasn’t on the menu anymore, the baristas put their heads together to make us almost the same exact drink with what they had. It was so kind of them to go out of their way, and it was so yummy! Great service.

Wow! This was incredible!

I go to Starbucks very regularly and this is by far the best location I have ever been to. Abby was the most delightful and respectful manager and provided us the most wonderful service. What an amazing young woman!

Their drinks left me craving another round and their breakfast sandwich was delicious.

18/10 would recommend stopping by this Starbucks whenever you are in the area.

Refused to serve me because I ordered the drink wrong?

Me: may i have a hot, grande, pumpkin chai latte.
Server: I’m sorry sir we only serve that drink cold
Me: oh, I’ve ordered it before?
Server: yes we can make it but it’s not a button I push
Me: I am not sure how you make it, I’ve just had the drink before?
Server: oh we can make it but it won’t have the cold foam.
Me: idk how you guys make it, I’ve just ordered the drink here before.
Server: sir we cannot serve you anymore

Sad place. Guy at the window looked very greasy and dirty. I thought of other ways to describe him, but this would fit best. (You’d know exactly who I’m talking about if you go here daily) guy was combating against me because i ordered a custom drink? Management also took his side. By the time I got to the window, I was not in the most pleasant of moods, I had to wait for 5 cars to get their coffee made, before I could even pull out of line. Was told I could not be served in a drive thru. So I was stuck in line, and was otw to work, horrible experience. I finally get to the window, hoping the guy was going to apologize or something, IDEK. He then continues to say how me as a customer is in the wrong for ordering the drink wrong? MIND YOU, IVE ORDERED THIS SAME DRINK BEFORE. Many times.

This is the east Nashville location, not the one located in the Kroger shopping center but beside the pet store. Terrible, customer service. Very rude.

Edit: I do not want to tell you how you can “improve” that will not change a thing. I do not want free merchandise or drinks. I’d like respectful costumer service that can educate you on the drink and not belittle you and refuse to serve you. Want help? Then hire better employees, coffee shops are supposed to be a chill place.
