This is for the Starbucks at Centennial Hospital on 1st floor. 8/18, approx 12 noon. The employee was on her phone when I walked up. I was the only one in line. I waited longer than I should have. Finally, she looked at me and asked what I wanted. She was pretty icy, like she was put out she had to wait on a customer. The worst Mocha Latte I have ever had at a Starbucks. I resent that I pay that much for rude service and a lackluster latte. In addition, you are in a hospital, your attitude needs to be kinder. A lot of people there are suffering or have someone in there suffering and need a bit of kindness. Be better, it’s not hard to do.

The two stars b/c I asked the lady before making my drink for less ice on a shaken espresso I orders online for pickup and she acted like she was in a slow rush w/ no rush thur orders… as she looked she went back to making the orders ahead of me, then another worker began my drink as if she was confused on the whole order.. I politely asked if she was making my drink to not give me more ice-less instead.. gave my name and all I taste is AGOTS OF EXPRESSO LESS CINNAMON AND LOTS LOTS OF CARAMEL SAUCE 🤦🏼♀️ I get the ice makes the drink.. but I also wanted better customer service and just a lil more milk, but I guess since they making it, it cost them the bad effort in trying to make a less complicated shaken drink🤷🏻♀️

0 star if I could. Would you believe I am at work this evening was hungry, ordered using the app only to pick up but got there both drive thru & the doors were locked. Imagine my surprise on why they're closed and cleaning while online it said they're still open. I mean.. I was CHARGED. I knocked for 10mins while I called the phone trying to get someone who told me i'm not at her location but would make my drink if I was. At this point i'm looking at the ice drink & egg wrap i ordered at the app. 2mins later the cops pulled up without ANY wait, the ladies cleaning just HAPPENED to see them.
If you do not like me you don't need to take my money. Simple. Now lets go ahead and act like all 3 women cleaning (one with headphones on) did not see me at the door knocking. You WRONG FOR THAT.

They do not listen at all. They never want to add what you want if it’s Splenda they want you to add it. They have moved on in their mind and just keep saying great and thank you. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

So bad. I repeated my drink order three times and the lady at the register just could not get it. She is putting her hands on her head all confused. I finally just canceled the order and walked away.
