worst coffee I’ve ever had. ordered 2x double shot cappuccinos and they were SO sweet for no reason, we couldn’t drink them. I didn’t ask for sugar or syrup or anythjng like that so it doesn’t make sense why they were so unbearably sweet!? also their plastic lids have this weird toxic smell. service was below average. would not recommend

This doesn't seem like a real Starbucks. I ordered a regular coffee with heavy cream—something I drink every day—and the taste is off. Also, the payment screen forced a 20% tip suggestion. Since when does Starbucks do that?

I ordered a venti with 1 tea bag. The scalding hot water was to the brim and had two bags. One bag is enough for a full pot of tea! And scalding water ruins the flavor. When I repeatedly tried to ask one of the staff (standing 3 feet away) for ice she completely ignored me. Another member finally covered for her and gave me the ice. I know tea isn’t a Starbucks thing but if you’re going to sell it learn to do it right.

Took 40 minutes to get two drinks with a mobile order ahead order.. and not to mention the staff was rude as hell, and paid for venti’s and made a grande.. when we politely asked for it to be remade got stank attitude. Forgot the cinnamon and topping we asked for and got smart but we paid for it.. so why get mad?

Go to a different Starbucks if you want matcha. I had to ask for my drink to be remade and it was still not right, mind you I HATE being that person that complains and usually just sucks it up and eats it. But I couldn’t even drink a sip of my iced matcha latte, it tasted like straight up grass (mind you, I’m the person that orders an extra scoop because I like my matcha drink a little stronger).
When I asked the barista to remake it, he asked what was wrong with it. I told him there was way too much matcha in there and it didn’t taste right. When I asked if he measured the scoops he said “no we don’t measure, we just scoop and put it in the drink”. He clearly put double scoops in there which made it incredibly strong. I was appalled, because everywhere else they measure the scoops by scraping the excess on the edge of the plastic container. On top of that he barely put any strawberry cold foam so I couldn’t taste it.

The person making and handling all of the food this morning was actively coughing and sneezing on everything. They didn't wash their hands once or wear gloves. They even handled paper cash several times during the course of this disgusting behavior to make the whole experience even more repulsive
