Starbucks

Since this location opened, I've had nothing but awful wait times and no customer service interaction with the partners or manager that works here. There's no greeting when entering the building and even when there's a lobby full of customers waiting, all partners keep their head down and avoid eye contact. I keep trying to give this store second chances but honestly, I'm very disappointed with the lack of speed, service and quality of this Starbucks.

The cashier was rude and the person that made my frappe acted as if she was irritated by my inquiry about my drink. Do better y'all.

Okay yall the Iced Pumpkin latte I had today was so good I want another one tomorrow lol 🙈 Thanks for always being so sweet and I love the sweet little messages yall take your time to write on the cups ☺️ The store is also designed so beautifully on the inside with a nice porch draped in lights, super cute.

I absolutely love the Starbucks on Lebanon Pike in the Jackson Downs Shopping Center! It’s usually a daily stop for me, and the baristas are always so kind, friendly, and welcoming. They consistently make my drinks just right, and I genuinely enjoy seeing their smiling faces each day. The service is fast, the store is clean, and the positive energy keeps me coming back. Thank you to the amazing team for making my mornings brighter! ☕💚

Stopped in at 8:45pm for a drink on July 16th. A male, who was handling the drive thru orders communicated in a very rude manner; speaking fast, acting put out when I asked a question, and talking in a harsh tone. I canceled my order and communicated that I felt the interaction was very unpleasant. I guess it was because they close at 9pm. However, I've stopped at other locations 5 minutes before closing and was treated very kindly. Additionally, I've spent hundreds of dollars at this location over the past 10 months. I'll have to rethink my next beverage stop.

The customer service here is very poor. The baristas act like they are mad to make your drinks and have attitudes. If you can't handle a rush get a different job also don't be rude to customers, you working in customer service.

I don't know why this location doesn't have more high reviews. We went inside rather than using the drive-through (which they do have). The inside looks modern and brand new. Service was great. They put smily faces on our cups and brought our drinks out to our table. The cafe was very clean and I saw an employee come out to touch things up multiple times. Having worked as a shift manager for starbucks myself for six years, I can confidently give this location five stars! I would definitely come back again.
