I preordered 2 coffee travelers & they were tax exempt. They had them ready to go with cream, sugars, honey, stirrers, cups, the whole nine! They were ready for my tax exempt form and gave me no complications. The Christmas atmosphere was amazing. They were so nice!!!

I think as a paying customer the tech working on your equipment. Shouldn't have been allowed to part their work vehicle in the spot for online order pick up. And taken up two parking spots at that. But always great customer service and food and beverages.
