I was in Nashville over Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays 2022. The staff at this location are amazingly vivacious! So fun! The quality of the drinks are very consistent. The treat the kids great! Go in and try 'em out. This Starbucks location doesn't disappoint!
Thank you Kelsie or Kelsey, sorry I couldn't see your name tag! This Starbucks was very accommodating. I couldn't remember the recipe of how I order my hazelnut hot chocolates here but you and the other barista nailed it (or it was close enough).Next time I think I'm going to make it a frappe. Great customer service and not too crowded when I went.
