I'm a little upset. Both times when I got a Trenta cold brew, they gave it to me in a 26 oz cup.... make sure you double check your drink sizes.

The staff here are the most amazing humans ever! They are sweet and kind. They go above an beyond! I was placing a very large order close to closing time and they handled it fast! I believe it was Zander and his night time closing staff that saved my huge over night working event!!!! 100 happy humans got to read their sweet notes written on all our items! I will definitely return to this location more and more because of the service of this team!

I was very dessapointed . The person behind the register was very rude with me . I explain when almond milk ,soy milk,oatmilk or other types when heated at high temp it will taste burnt therefore won't have a pleasant flavor. The temperatures to heat up should be no more than 150 degrees.

They do NOT close at 10pm as it says on Google and the Starbucks app… I ordered solely because it was the only shop I believed would be open and I could work at, but arrived and was told they were closing at 8pm. Would not have bought coffee if the hours were accurate anywhere.
Any time I go to this Starbucks I am treated to great coffee, food, and customer service. I think that the only thing that this location needs is a bigger parking lot! This is my favorite location here in Nashville and I will continue visiting frequently!

EXCEPTIONAL BARISTAS! I would like to recognize the amazing baristas at this location. They are truly exceptional! Unlike any other Starbucks. Always with positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations. I always leave lifted up bc of their friendliness. They are so efficient and skilled at what they do! I had a tough AM with mixing up my order location and they went over and beyond to put me to front of line and get my order ready quickly. I can’t brag enough about them. Coffee ☕️ is the best here!
