When the stores are extra busy, I switch from my fancified macciato to straight brewed coffee to speed things up, however today it actually took longer to get brewed coffee that they just press a button for than if I had ordered some elaborate concoction. Very disappointed this morning and made me late for my meeting.

The first time I went I picked it up and when I drank it it didn't taste like milk and coffee I came back and it ended up worse... look at the photos 🤭🤭🤭🤭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 wow so sad People are working today at 3:12 pm on October 13, 2025 when I left and saw that I just laughed I didn't even get angry poor service Thank you for making me laugh believe that coffee is served like that

This place was great. My bestie and I were in need of a Starbees and we walked to what we thought was a full-blown Starbucks. Turns out this is a mobile order pick-up spot. We were a little confused, but tapped on the window and the barista was super nice. He took our order anyway and was kind and accommodating. It’s so nice to have that kind of service in the morning — it’s hard to come by anymore. 10/10 yes!

This is my go-to Starbucks - I usually don't even place my order until I'm walking up the stairs because they're so quick. The staff and (owner/manager?) are super sweet. As the 'Pick Up' in the name indicates, you do have to place a mobile order vs counter service.
