Service and drink were great- the retired cop security guard outside immediately yelled at me for coming to pick up with my bicycle what a lame geezer! Won’t be coming back to this location

Really really really nice folks! My app wasn’t letting me order ahead. But they were super nice and were able to order for me and let me pay with the app. Was very grateful having them near my airbnb.

This is my go-to Starbucks - I usually don't even place my order until I'm walking up the stairs because they're so quick. The staff and (owner/manager?) are super sweet. As the 'Pick Up' in the name indicates, you do have to place a mobile order vs counter service.

Very frustrating to decide to order based on the proposed "ready" time, only to wait beyond that time and have to leave a drink you paid for. The ready times are not accurate when it is busy and there is no way to verify how busy it actually is if you aren't physically there.

It’s “order online and pickup only”, which I don’t love but fine. I gave it a try, and was told my order would be ready by a certain time. Cool feature on the app! The problem is that I got there three minutes before it was scheduled and my coffee was ready. It’s not that it’s a problem to be early, but what I found was that my Americano was lukewarm - like drinking old bath water, or as if someone squeezed the mop they use on the floors into a green and white cup. Just disgusting. I figured getting there early would avoid that problem but nope. Doubt I’ll go back.

Best Pick Up store in Nashville. It’s great to come in and be able to pick up my order and go. Staff are very friendly. If you’re ever in a rush, need a quick pick me up, and want some smiling faces go to the Amazon Starbucks Pick Up!

Unprofessional staff 2nd time I’m here to order and I’m been told unless I have an online pick up can’t be helped
