Drip coffee is pretty good. Espresso is hit or miss and is really dependent on who makes it. Avo toast was really good but expensive. Prices are no different than anywhere else though. Seating on the inside is atrocious and very uncomfortable. The overall layout of the inside space is pretty bad, and it's full of techie types working on their laptops.

I was very disappointed with the latte not to mention I got charged an extra 50 cents for it being a mocha. On top of this it was Luke warm milk and the espresso had no body of taste almost non existent. Not great for coffee

Just the epitome of “just ok”. Espresso was just ok, chai latte was just slightly warm instead of hot, pastry was kinda dry and mostly un flavorful. Nothing was bad but nothing was good.Update: dropped to 2 stars because their bathroom has weeks of accumulated dust, hair and other things that shouldn’t be present in a clean bathroom.

This place is just ok. It's really hard to find from the street bc the sign is very small. At least they have free parking! The coffee is ok, the flavored latte doesn't have much flavor or sweetness to it. I was looking forward to the butterscotch latte since they make their own syrups, but maybe the barista forgot to add syrup to my latte? The breakfast tacos I got look nothing like the other pictures of breakfast tacos on Yelp. The two tacos I got were filled with half a piece of egg, half a slice of bacon & a whole bunch of arugula and green peppers in each taco. The tacos didn't feel like they were worth the price.

coffee was EXTREMELY watered down. tasted like water with basically no flavor even though i added in an extra flavor. i will say, their mixed berry jam saved them that's why it's a 2 star and not 1
