Came 11/25 dinner time. Amazing customer service from the young lady at the window. Sometimes customer service can be hit or miss but she was amazing. I had to pull up after ordering 3 #1’s but she brought them out to me and was very happy to do so. Thank you!! Food was also amazing

The worst milkshake I've ever had. Not ice cream,not sure what it's made of. And the whipped cream,which took up one third of the cup, was some chemical concoction. I asked for no cherry, got one anyway, took it off, and it was such a strong artificial flavor it overpowered the blandness of the chocolate shake. I was so disappointed because it had been advertised as having such great milkshakes. It just isn't true!! I will give you an ok on the burger and the fries were hot and really pretty good. The one star is for not delivering on something for which you've made your name.

I haven't been to a steak n shake since 2019. I can't believe how much it has fallen. Their menu size is almost non-existent to what it once was. Then you can not even get a drink without some kind of code. This place is just not for me. Just go ahead and close it down.
