I had the original stake burger and it was by far the best stake burger I've ever had in my life. Hands down the best. If you have never had a steak burger before now is the time to try one and the best one y'all ever have!

Wanted to try In-N-Out for the first time but the line was too long tonight.
Wanted to try Steak-N-Shake for the first time and the it was great!
Burger was tasty, the fries were fresh and the shake was good!
The drive thru lady was also very nice, she was right … I’ll be back!

This was my first time trying Steak n Shake in years. I was surprised that all they had was kiosks to place your order but I was cool with that. What I didn't like was I watched the people in the back fix my food. Put it in the bag and then set it to the side. I waited almost 10 minutes before an employee came out and asked me if I needed help. When I explained to him that my order has been sitting over there and I had been waiting for somebody to bring it to me. He went and got the bag. I explained to him that I did not appreciate the service but he Shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Will not be returning to this Steak and Shake again

The beef tallow fries were not what I was hoping or expecting and they were honestly cold right after I got them at the front. That burger was like warm as well the bacon was decent but that was it. It’s been a while since I have been and I don’t think I will be back I wish I had my 9 dollars back

⭐️☆☆☆☆ This Steak ‘n Shake is not worth coming to at all. Every time I come here, the food is not great and my order is always messed up. Today was the final straw. I specifically told them no pickles due to an allergy, and when I got home, my food had pickles on it.
At that point, I couldn’t even eat the food and didn’t feel like driving back after such a horrible experience. I would much rather go to In-N-Out—better food, better service, and cheaper.
I will not be coming back and I would like a refund for food I couldn’t eat. Very disappointing experience.

Took 15 minutes to get my food and we were the only customers only for them to forget our drinks 😱
30min to get two shakes. One person dedicated to making shakes but it still took over 20min for the shakes to be produced; then it took them 10min and twice being prompted for them to recognize the shakes were the entire order.

Food was delicious, restaurant was cleaning and inviting. Pricing was reasonable and we appreciate the restaurants commitment to completely move from seed oils. We did have an issue with our receipt due to the kiosk exclusive ordering, but the manager was very helpful and accommodating to us. Would definitely return when we are in the area.
