This place is completely pathetic. Went inside to order a steak and shake and was completely stunned by what I encountered.No person to person interactions. You walk in, step up to a touchscreen point of sale, order what you want and after paying by credit only you get your receipt.If you purchased a drink you take your receipt to the fountain machine where you scan your barcode on your receipt to fill your cup with whatever soda.The cook (who won't have a job for long as a robot is coming soon) prepares your food and you walk over, pick it up eat it and toss your leftovers into the garbage bin and leave.I will never return to another steak and shake for as long as I live again. This is NOT acceptable behavior for any human let alone a greedy business owner to make more money by hiring less staff members so they can profit more.If we all work together to put businesses like this out of business the world will be a better place. Letting automation take over everything will make this a terrible planet to live in for future generations. Stop this from happening by not supporting it.

My chili 5 ways came out without the chili! Everything was automated through a computer. The atmosphere is still like a diner but it's cold now and rather sterile. It used to be warm and inviting.
so, someone decided it was super funny to fill my shake up with cherries, after i said no cherries at all. so, in my opinion, don’t go here unless you want your patience tested.

The food was good. Standard fast food burger and it was quick and hot. There are not any waiters anymore or none when I came. You have to put your order in and pay at a self serve screen. No problem doing that but weird it asks for a tip eventhough no service is being provided. You put in your own order, get your own drink and pick up your own food when it is done. You even dump your own tray in the trash when you are done. Pretty much the same as Five Guys except no cashier.
