The worker Shantoya is very efficient and nice if she is not there I would not order she makes the best sandwiches

I ordered cookies through DoorDash, my driver contacted me letting me know the cookies they gave her were broken and that they refused to replace them. I called and asked why, their response was “the cookies are soft” I’ve ordered subway cookies before and never received them in pieces, why someone would serve them besides pure greed is beyond me. They don’t even taste good.

The employee obviously has no customer service skills! I placed my order, he prepared the food, I paid and he left me standing there and went to the next customer he didn't say thank you didn't offer me a receipt and when I ask he points to his register for me to tear it off myself the store was not as clean as it should have been!!! I will not be back!!!

Didn't eat here. Man working did not honor app deals and acted like he did not know what was going on. Politely left and went to a subway honoring deals advertised.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to speak on this. I walked into the store after a long day of work. I was the only customer there. I greeted the employee first — not the other way around — and was met with a blank stare. I gave him my order and specifically said I didn’t want it toasted. He wasn’t paying attention and put it in the oven anyway.
When it came to the cookies, I asked for specific ones, but again, he didn’t listen and gave me what he thought I should have. Despite this, I still left a tip.
At checkout, I stood waiting for my receipt, and instead of handing it to me, he placed it on top of my sandwich. I understand that people have off days — I work in customer service too — but this experience was disappointing.
I politely let him know, “Hey, I’m not having a good experience with you,” and instead of apologizing or acknowledging my concern, he started debating me about how he always gives good customer service.
Everyone can have a rough day, but as a paying customer, I didn’t feel seen, heard, or respected. Definitely not the best experience.

I’ve been to this Subway a few times due to proximity, but it is very unsanitary. Each time, there were gnats or flies hovering near the food, and there was no shield covering the ingredients. The vegetables didn’t look fresh either. Honestly, I was hesitant to even eat my sandwich. I’m genuinely surprised this place passed a health inspection—it definitely needs to be re-evaluated.

We have been to this location several times! We always hope that Latoya is working. She is always so kind and helpful. The food is always fresh and stocked. We always laugh and have great conversations with Latoya! The guy was great too!

When I went inside the regular lady wasn't there and boy could you tell ,The Indian guy wasn't friendly nor was the place were the food was was fresh,the dining room didn't have ice and there was Nats flying around. Never is this place look like this if the regular black lady was here she.keeps it clean and very friendly

I ordered to have mustard on my sandwich and for my sandwich to be cut into 3s . I didn’t get my mustard which means I had to eat a dry sandwich and it wasn’t cut into 3s like I asked

I ordered a turkey sub on wheat and a cheese pizza. My daughter enjoyed her pizza but my sandwich was disgusting. The veggies were frozen and the turkey meat didn’t have any flavor. I won’t be returning.

Shantoya at this location is an absolute rock star. Super courteous and had my meal ready in less than 5 minutes. It's awesome to see someone take pride in their job. This woman needs a raise. We pass two other Subways to come here.

I made an order for pickup. It was COMPLETELY WRONG. I didn’t notice until I got home I called to try to get it fixed and no answer.
If only there were a way to leave negative numbers of stars that would be my review. I ordered two tuna subs and the employee was obviously short scooping. Subway is not the cheapest place, but I have eaten at many of them and this is the worst service I have ever had. If I wanted to spend $20.00 on two sandwiches, I would go to Jersey Mikes, where they at least fill the bread. I also had a $2.00 off I my app and I asked if it had been used. The employee said "yes I did" but he did not. Just goes to show that not all Subways are equal
