Cashier was rude and asking extra questions intentionally to irritate me after I called her out for being rude to the wrong person while there was another customer they are being rude to her but she took it out on me. And charged $8.77 for a 6 inch sub but let the rude customer get a $6.99 deal with a 6 inch with chips and a drink...price gouging and descrimination

0 stars honestly. STAY AWAY!! They will keep your money even if you don’t get your food! I am pregnant and had a craving for subway. I ordered subway through the subway app at this location for delivery before I took a nap. When I woke up, I expected my food to be there but no. I go back to the app only for my order to say, “Voided” at the bottom and then delivered at the top. Weird right? So I tried calling the store to figure out what happened. Without even asking my name or order- he said (later found out he was the owner) you will get your refund. Just wait a few days and then he hung up. So I then decided to go up there, hoping that I could get better answers in person. The owner dismissed me again with no explanation. I showed him my order where it said voided and he said I would need to contact whoever I placed the order through to get a refund. I said I placed it through subway and yall are subway…I pointed out where it said delivered and asked why it said that and he said that it was delivered. I said so someone came in and picked the order up? And they are just shrugging their shoulders acting like they aren’t understanding what I’m saying even though they are minutes from TSU.

Doesn’t honor coupons that are put out by SUBWAY. You can only get certain sandwiches when you bring a coupon. Never seen it in my life. Very strange when SUBWAY IS THE ONE MAKING THE COUPONS. TLDR: this Subway doesn’t take their own coupons.

As customer the lady always telling me the bathroom it's out of order, when I go in the bathroom just work fine. She does not have to lie. This keep happening for the 3rd time.

WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! The woman serving the food is awful, she doesn't accept coupons and won't let you choose your ingredients. I paid $14 for the worst food and service in all of Nashville. Do yourself a favor and never come here again!

Need experience workers. They don’t speak English well lots of miscommunication. They want you to pay for their mess ups. clearly says you can add on the sign and they wanna argue and put on your food. What they want you to have. if they have no customers they have no business need to find a job that they enjoy doing

Today is December 30th 2024 I normally always go to this subway in my lunch. But today when I got a bacon chicken ranch sub something was extremely off. I always get my sandwiches toasted like I did today but the bacon was not cooked and the chicken was old and have a smell. My sandwich was mushy and stringy after I took a bite and that has never happened. I’m feeling sick now after just taking a couple of bites 30 minutes ago. I don’t know what happened but I am extremely disappointed!!!

I won't spend my money in a place that doesn't offer a PUBLIC RESTROOM.
People have medical conditions they take medicines. It's ridiculous and inhumane to not offer a bathroom.
