This has to be the worst customer service of any place I have been to. Charging $7 for a 6 inch veggie sub. No napkins in my bag. The skinny black guy was extremely rude. I asked for a lightly toasted sub which he did not do and then was going to toast it after he put veggies on the sandwich. Also they do not honor coupons nor do they have deals.They state that they are a private franchise and can charge how they want. Ridiculous.

Just overall a bad Subway. The manager's desk is the biggest table in the dining area (not sure why) and the bathrooms are always locked, and the only thing the staff will tell you is that someone is in there. Do they live in the bathroom? How much is their rent?
The workforce is probably the cheapest labor the manager could find and it truly shows. The soda machine doesn't work, either nothing but carbonated water or just straight syrup (I don't think the workers know how the soda machine is suppose to work). A 6in sandwich combo (chips and drink) is somehow more than a regular meal. 6$ for a 6in that somehow turns into 12$.

First of all, this Subway location does not accept coupons. How does a subway not accept coupons made by subway. The worker that I constantly see there is also so incompetent. She never speaks at a volume above a whisper so I am constant saying “what” over and over to no avail. She is never in any hurry at all so if you’re 2nd in line be prepared to wait 15 minutes for your food. She also puts the sandwiches in the oven for however long she feels like it. Sometimes she’ll put mine in for 15 seconds and sometimes 1:30. I don’t understand it at all. This subway needs be to shut down

There where two main sandwhich makers and I think a manager/ owner which is disappointing. The lady making our sandwhich didn’t ask a single question other than what sandwhich/ bread, proceeded to take like 15 minutes to make it and when we said hey that’s wrong, she blamed us and said you didn’t say anything (she didn’t ask or give us a chance to specify). Then rolled her eyes and gave attitude the rest of the time. The manager did NOTHING. When I got to the cash register - the guy started making fun of my order and saying I ordered to much. He could barely keep his pants up so I struggle to see the relevance in his comments…. Anyways, disrespectful, slow, rude and overall the shop was a wreck with food spilt on the floor and not picked up. Just walk next door to chick fil a, you’ll thank me later.

the staff in this subway has to be the most unwelcoming staff ever. So I go in and of course the woman that work there in the evening time was in, which she is always so unpleasant. She wasn’t visible when we enter I guess she was in the back. So she comes out do not acknowledge us and start making an order for a pick up order. While we waited and when I say she moved so slow. I would’ve left but my son was hungry after school and this was his choice for tonight . Well she finally got to us and barely even spoke. This is not the first time she has acted like this. I don’t know why I stopped here . But I will warn you just go up to Jersey Mikes on the same street and have a better experience for your buck !

Store says it opens at 8 and here it is 8:15 and the guy is just walking around the store smdh, then the guy had a nerve to have an attitude like he didn’t want to be there I told him I didn’t want the sandwich so I put the chips back and left. This is the worst Subway in
