I’m confused on why y’all are promoting y’all are open at 8am and you pull up at 8:20 with the door locked and the employee just standing in there looking at you like they are not supposed to be open. Close it down so something more reliable can be put in. This is a continuous issue almost everyday!

Locked but serving customers? Walked yo the Subwsy on Foss Parks Blvd sherd the door shoes it's open from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm daily and no other sign was on the doors to tell customers the store was closing earlier. When a customer (on the inside) finally opened the door for me, the man be OK nd the counter said he was only taking pick up orders and that the customers inside were his last orders. Seemed very weird. I had to get an Uber to come take me to a different restaurant in the area.

This subway did not accept my subway coupon. There are ZERO signs saying this anywhere in the store. I felt bad because the dude had already wasted his time and mine by making me two sandwiches before he told me they don't accept coupons. Considering how pricey the menu has become, and how little meat and cheese you get without gimmicky signage like "33%" extra meet, you're better off going to Jersey Mikes that's less than a half mile down the road. If you are craving subway tho as I was yesterday, the Subway on trinity attached to the Love's accepts coupons, and has amazing customer service!Also, they blast music off of a Bluetooth speaker behind the counter, playing music they probably aren't legally allowed to due to licensing and copyright issues. To the gentleman who made my sandwiches that I walked out on, sorry to waste your time.

1st and last time going there on July 19,2023 @ 6:21pm. I ordered a foot long with turkey. she gave me 6 thin slices of turkey for my foot long, I told her that she should put a little more on there and she did not. she could barely speak or comprehend English or she pretended not to. giving me minimal toppings as if I had a 6 in sub. ridiculous, never again. she was laughing but I will have the last laugh.
Food was fresh and tasty. The workers always seem to have a tude!

The staff are locking the doors an hour before closing and not opening on time. Their hours are 8 am to 9 pm. The doors were locked at 8pm. I went there recently in the morning at 10 am and the doors were locked - I could see at least one employee inside derping around. That's a serious problem for the owners.

The guy placing the toppings on the sandwiches keeps his gloves on while he handles the computer/money, then goes back to touching the toppings/sandwiches. That is beyond disgusting, I will never be back.
