Went to this subway 30 mins before closed the lady looked at me and shook her head no because she locked the door. I was very disappointed that I couldn't get food because she felt like closing early. I'm never coming back to this location ever again!

The service was very shity. This is one of the worst subways I've ever been to and this is coming from someone who has worked several Subway restaurants. Yeah she's nice to talk to but as far as fixing your food the way that you want it mount a vegetables that you want,no, it's not happening. Needless to say I won't be coming back to this one. There is a Subway that stays open till 11:00 p.m. here in Nashville and it is on the west side. The subway closes at 6:00 pm

The customer service at this location is horrible and they aren't busy when I've visited. The same two ladies are working everytime I've gone and they act like you're bothering them! On my last visit, the drink machine did not have regular soda, only some diet soda options. If I had known this prior to paying for the meal which includes a sandwich, chips and a drink, I would not have ordered anything. The cashier would charge you for a regular bottle drink with your meal if you wanted a regular soda and they showed absolutely no concern at all about the matter. I was disappointed and won't be back to this location-smh!

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I work in the building they are located in and I would rather starve than to give this place another dime. The young girl is rude as ever! She wouldn't take my coupons and the bread is ALWAYS hard. NOTHING IS FRESH HERE NOT EVEN THE SERVICE! Save yourself some money and go somewhere else! My first and LAST experience there! Do better.

This was the worst experience of my life period. I arrived at 7:59am entered the restaurant and was immediately greeted with the stare of death .( SIR, we are not open!!!.) I walked back out and stood at the door waiting for her to tell me I can enter the restaurant. The restaurant should open at 8am. After 10 minutes, the young lady walked up to the window and turned on the open sign, Never once acknowledging me. I entered and was greeted with "what do you want" with the worst attitude ever, after a few seconds I advised her that I would like to order the bacon and eggs on flatbread. She immediately stated " we anit got no eggs" so I decided to select a footlong cold cut, this young lady literally slapped the meat on my sandwich like a deck of cards. I told her that I would like it toasted and why did i say that, she was so angry that she tossed my sandwich in the toaster oven like yesterday's trash. I decided to simply walk out. This was the third time I've patronized this new location and the same young lady has exhibited the same nasty attitude. I will be speaking with the corporate office.
