I’m being generous with 2 stars. The ownership is obviously trying to squeeze out every cent of profit he/she can. Look closely at their vegetables. They’re past their fresh date. They have dried, shriveled edges and centers, depending on what they are. The lettuce pan has brown lettuce marbling the green. They refuse to accept promotional coupons for their “premium” subs and the parking here is the worst, though, you can’t blame them for that. I will no longer be patronizing this particular Subway because of the way it is operated. They do not respect their customers if they’re willing to serve expire, potentially toxic ingredients to the public. Bad lettuce can cause listeria. NOT a pleasant experience.
Good food
I used to love Subway but haven’t been back in years. This was my worst experience I’ve ever had, bad enough to write a review, even though I’ve never written one for anything before.
I had a coupon for a $6.99 footlong sub. I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch on flatbread. The original price on the menu was $8.99, so I went ahead and ordered with my coupon. Got to the register and they pointed me to a tiny sign with fine print saying coupons were only accepted for Italian and cold cut subs. I was annoyed by figured $2 wouldn’t be a huge difference. My sub (without a drink or chips) rang up at $16.50. They informed me that the price on the board was for a 6”.
It might be my fault for not realizing the price of subs has tripled in the last two years, but the flatbread was stale and the bacon was chewy anyway. Not a happy customer,

The food is okay, but they need to offer better specials. It's not Subway's fault, but the parking is really bad. I'd give the parking a 1 outta 10. Don't go there during lunch hour because you WILL NOT find a place to park.
There's a liquor store, a laundry mat, and 2 other businesses that have to share this tiny parking lot.

Since when did a foot long meatball sub combo (chips and SMALL drink) become $16??
Food was made as I wanted. The servers did their best to accommodate my order. Wanted to order more but I felt a bit rushed given how many people came in when I was trying to do my order. But I will be going back for sure.

I went in to order a Sandwich and I’m a tall Guy and looked over after giving the lady my order and Saw Hair Wrapped around The Knife. The lady making my sandwich tried to use the same knife anyways. Then the other short Hispanic lady Got Mad me for telling her I saw it. I’ll never go back here after this type of service. The rude me would have left the sandwich ever after trying to make the women laugh. Her energy was still very ? ?

Way!!! OVERPRICED. Their prices are all marked up $2.00-$3.00 more than everyone else. I can go to two stores within the same distance in the area and they are $2.70 cheaper. Complete rip off. Use the Subway app to find the correct price.

Food -- I ordered a footlong grilled chicken. There was barely any meat on it. I seriously think they put one scoop (like for a 6 inch) and spread it out to try to make it look like a full amount. This is probably why they have the lid up that blocks you from being able to see the meat while they portion it--they don't want you to see that they are screwing you.Service -- nothing special but nothing significant to complain aboutAtmosphere -- there was some sort of obnoxious beeping noise every 10 seconds. It wasn't the equipment. It was like they had a cheap alarm clock by the cash register. It took a few minutes for anyone to turn this alarm off. They just let it keep on and on while they made food. A couple was eating at a table just feet away and they looked like they wanted to rip their ears off.I don't even expect much from a subway but this location was a joke. $15 for just the sandwich and it had maybe 2 oz of meat on it. I firmly believe they are doing that intentionally.

This is the best subway in Nashville! I've been to several and most of them are rude but not here. These where the most nicest, caring, and patient people I've encountered. Thank you for a great experience,!
