The people who run/work at this location are very unpleasant and unreasonable. Every time I use a coupon they act annoyed with me and give me a hard time, on top of many other things. On Monday I used a coupon for a 6 inch sub. They forgot to ask me for the coupon after I used it and I thought nothing of it, throwing it in the trash on my way out. Today (Wednesday) I go in and try to use another coupon (A completely different one) for another 6 inch sub. The man working there then starts berating me saying I need to give him two coupons to use it because I never gave him the old one after I used it the last time I was in. I was very confused as I wasn't trying to pull a fast one and I figured once the coupon was scanned it wasn't good anymore anyway. He became irate and aggressive, pointing his finger and raising a tone with me, not letting up. I stated that I didn't know I had to give it to him. I also let him know this is a completely different coupon and that the old one was thrown in the trash on my way out. He was not having it and kept yelling at me. The owner signaled for him to just let it go, which at first he did not listen and kept on me about it in an aggressive manner. The owner then signaled for him to let it go again, which he finally did, and the women who was cashing me out (Who was not involved) allowed me to use the coupon. After I scanned the coupon the irate employee came up to me and aggressively snatched it out of my hand which I felt was completely unnecessary and shocking. I should also mention that when I tried to use the coupon for a chicken bacon ranch I was told that Bacon would be an extra cost because the coupon doesn't cover it. It says clear as day on the coupon what is excluded, which the chicken bacon ranch was not mentioned. I just let this go every time. So basically, the coupon gave me a discount of less than a dollar anyway and was barely useful. He gave me a hard time over what was at most two dollars total between the two times I used a coupon. I work nearby so I go to this location a lot, sometimes multiple times a week, and am a loyal customer. Needless to say I will not be going back or giving them any more of my money after this. I hope it was worth it after giving me a hard time about two dollars at most.
Another time I was in there I told him I did not want my sub toasted, he toasted it anyway (The owner this time). I then told him that is not what I wanted and instead of making it right giving me what I ordered, he argued saying "It's just a little warm, it's fine", pushing me to just let it go. Well, I let it go because I didn't feel like arguing but it definitely was not what I wanted and I was disappointed with the money I spent. Things like this happen frequently, this is just a small example. They don't care about their customers and are cheap, lazy and rude here.
All in all, I was a loyal customer and gave them a lot of business over the past few years. I was also kind and polite every time I went in there. I don't like conflict so I let many of these things go over the years but after what happened to me today with him getting in my face and yelling at me about a barely useful coupon, I'm done giving them my money and dealing with their bad attitudes and rude behavior.

I go to this Subway 2 times a week. Pintu is always there ready. It's always a good experience. I recommend this Subway.

The guy that runs/works at this subway is so nice and always smiling. His sandwiches are the best because he doesn't just throw the meat and cheese on. He makes it so that you get a bite of everything on your sandwich from the first bite to the last bite of it!! I have to drive a little further to get to this one, but that's OK because he is much nicer than the people at the Lebanon Pike Subway when it comes to customer service!! I'll choose this Subway every time from now on!!! I already know that I will be happy when I leave this one, I am always happy with the service here!!!

This location say they gave my food to a delivery driver but it was for pickup. It was showing on my phone that it's ready for pickup. Worst experience I've ever had.

The Donelson location is terrible. They are not sandwich artists and they don't honor coupons.. if you can't make an artistic sandwich and not accept coupons why bother to add a patio. I will keep driving the 2 extra miles for better

I went here because the Subway closest to me was closed. The lady in there was amazing- extremely nice and friendly and made a great sandwich too. It was delicious and had plenty of toppings too. It was close to closing time until Monday and she gave me a free cookie too. :)
