I went here to get a foot long Turkey Sandwich and she put 8 slices of Turkey supposed to be 12 slices because 1/2 is 6 slices and 12 inch is 12 slices so you are cheated

Literally the lowest level of educated employees I’ve ever ran into. Last 3 orders I’ve ordered online have been wrong, gotten an attitude when asked for a replacement when it’s literally their fault. Don’t come to this location hopefully it will shut down soon or the employees be replaced! Horrible service will not be coming back.

The worst food I've received from this restaurant. I ordered two foot long pretzels which came stale and with the wrong sauce. I was declined when I asked for a receipt and felt sick after eating. Do not come here, it's a waste of your money. You could get better from a dilapidated long john silvers.

I usually stop at this location on my way home but I will not be coming back. When I went to pick up my order the black guy was rude. I thanked him and told him to have a nice evening and he just looked at me with an attitude. I do not understand what is happening with customer service now days but it is right down awful and uncalled for.

Placed a pick up order on the app and picked it up. As soon as I got home realized this was not what I ordered. So I drove back to the subway to resolve the issue. I get back and told the the Indian couple who I assume owns the place that my order is wrong and asked if they could remake it. Apparently the bread i wanted they were out of. But i look to my right a there was lady ordering and her order literally had the bread I wanted. So i just ask the guy for a refund because I’m not going to eat something I don’t want to and then he starts to get aggressive with me. He argued with me for about 5 minutes before snatching the bag of sandwiches out my hand and giving me a refund. 0/10 do not give these people your money horrible service afraid if i go back they will spit in my food. Straight ride and disrespectful need to put out of business

We had ordered online for a chicken sandwich, instead brought the food home to see it was a salami sandwich. The order was for someone who does not eat anything other than chicken, so it was a waste. When we complained, all they had to say was sorry. This is the 2nd time I had a bad experience here, 1st time they completely ignored the order details, and was again just sorry.
