Mr. Patel is incredibly rude, misinformed, and ruining the level of customer service at this establishment. I would like to report his horrible attitude: he hung up on us twice because he didn’t want to make food 50 minutes before closing. We tried to call in an order and pay cash. He refused to accept it, and hung up. “Online only, I’m not doing this.” He’s the worst.

Used a mail coupon online after I saw a review saying dont try using it in store. They made it quick and I think it’s a dude and his wife who own it and they r keepin that place straight! Everything tidy and they were still sweeping when I left. They got both sandwiches perfect. Definitely a more serious vibe when you’re in the store but I’m rockin wit it. I’m willing to bet the lady under me who left 1 star is someone who snaps her fingers at the waiter when she wants to order?? If yall disrespect this couple ima be mad

I just left this place. The lady making my sandwich seemed as if she didn't want to serve me and gave me hard bread. I know good and well she felt how hard the bread was that she gave me.....I'm livid! NEVER again will they get my business. Just TRIFLANT. Stay away from this place. How dare you! I would take it back if I didn't live so far away!

Let me just start by saying I have eaten at a subway franchise probably nearly 3000 times in my life and briefly worked at one. I moved next to this one about 2 weeks ago and have been there 5/6 times. Only 1 time have they had provolone cheese. The husband and wife who own the place will choke the heck out of the mayo bottle, until your sandwich looks like a catholic school boy after a weekend retreat. The steak is extra chewy. The only thing this location has going for it is the fresh veggies (except the pickles, they let those sit too long). Overall a pretty sub par subway. I’d be ashamed to call myself a “sandwich artist” there. Lucky I live 3 blocks away or they’re be black listed.Update:Went back again today and this is officially the last. Walked in the door and the owner is just raw doggin cut green peppers (no gloves) as he restocks them. Then has the audacity to just throw on some sanitizer on his hands instead of washing them before touching my sandwich. Finally, they tried charging for double meat and when I noticed on the receipt and asked for a refund he handed me $3 cash, yes the charge for double meat, but didn’t include the extra tax I paid. Thank god he must’ve seen the last one around because at least my sandwich didn’t look like the catholic school boy again after he tossed on the mayo.The health department should probably stop by unannounced.
Excellent wide variety of toppings compliments these Deli sandwiches. Fresh toasted bread assortment finishes off the Subs!

When you order the Chicken & Bacon Ranch Footlong Sub, you do not have to pay an additional charge for the bacon because its part of that Sub. The staff there always charge extra. The same thing happened when I ordered the Turkey Avocado Sub they charged extra for Avocado but its part of that particular sub I understand its extra for other subs. I complained that time on the survey from my receipt and the response was just a fake apology. They either don't understand that or are doing this on purpose and fooling most customers. Never going to this Subway again!

So I sent my daughter (22) and son (13) here today (5/18/22) to get subs for dinner. I gave my daughter $50. Cause she had coupons which should have been more than enough money along with the coupons. The total was over $62 and she didn't have enough. After scrounging around in the car she came up with $58. The person working behind the counter told them not to work about the rest and even gave my son cookie.I was so embarrassed. Needless to say when they came home and told me about what happened, I had my daughter take me back to make sure it was the correct person. It was Kiran Patel. I gave him back the money that my children were short and an extra tip for himself.I totally get that there are people out there that need help every now and then, and I am greatful that they sent my kids away with the food that they requested. I just wanted to share my experience. We will definitely be back. With the correct amount of money and a tip of course..

It's a good Subway typically the owners of the ones that are working the store. It's kind of the go-to for the area for a Subway because they're consistently good with their food and the lines are typically short and you get through pretty quickly
