Please check your receipt. I ordered the exact same sandwich meal deal and cookies on 2 separate days in the same week. The first time I was charged $10.36 and 2 days later I was charged $12.42. The second time he charged me for the sub and a bottled drink instead of the meal deal which comes with chips and a fountain drink. I called the store immediately after realizing the discrepancy as I still had my first receipt and the manager insisted that I must have ordered something different which was not the case. He was very rude and did not offer an explanation or take accountability. Beware of this location!

The old man was VERY rude, I have long nails so when putting in my passcode for my credit card I accidentally hit the tip button and asked for it to be removed. He immediately became belligerent and loud and threw my receipt at me and I threw the tip jar on the counter onto the floor. The place is nasty and the people are RUDE.

This was the most horrible experience I have had at a subway. My order was not right. When I went to get it corrected they purposely gave me the wrong sandwich again and told me not to come back to that store. No one in that neighborhood should support a business that does not know how to treat their customers.

Ordered online and watched them put the wrong ingredients on the wrong sandwich, tried to correct it but they refused because I had an order # instead of a name for the order. When they used the order # it was mine the entire time and I sat there 20 minutes for improperly prepared food! Asked if they could remake the sandwich, but instead they opened the sandwich and scrapped off incorrect items and re-wrapped it. I explained my mother just left the hospital and had certain food restrictions. Asked for a refund and they said no! Horrible customer service and the fact they were not willing to correct their mistake by simply re-making the sandwich.
