Best subway out here
The new management is amazing. You can tell there has been a major change in the quality of service. Will definitely be coming everyday during my lunch break.

When I went in there to order I asked that I had a special going on majority of the subways do have specials going on first time attitude start off from then when I told her what kind of bread I want she did it with an attitude that's why I want American cheese and turkey I even want my sandwich to be toasted I asked for ranch dressing country financial with peppercorn ranch dressing on my sandwich and I asked her do you have regular ranch dressing and she said yes it is I said naw peppercorn ranch dressing is different from regular ranch dressing and then I said you don't know if I had allergic reaction from it or my husband you just don't know so did she hear that attitude do you want the sandwich or not I'm not going to take a sandwich that I don't know what kind of dressing that is and you didn't explain to me what kind of dressing it was. So the guy came from the back he said that is peppercorn ranch dressing that is not regular ranch dressing did he start getting smart somebody do you want it or not do you want it or not so who you talking to like that I said that's not how you talk to your customers did you say all subways that's what they use I said no it's not my daughter the subways that I've been to they have different kind of ranch dressing but that was the rudest so I ever been to now I come to spend money y'all have to be courtesy to understand that people do have allergic reaction to food which is called food allergy you don't play with people daily lives if you don't want to respect the people who are allergic to certain foods that you should not be running a restaurant at all you should be respectful and mouthful cuz it's a lot of people out here sick the children and grown-ups and elders and you have to respect that. Now it's all about the respect on my end but I will not get disrespected from somebody who fixing our food come on now y'all getting pain running a restaurant please have a better attitude please be respectful and mindful of people who are allergic to a certain ingredients in food or dressing you need to ask to make sure they're okay you should not argue back with your customers when they ask you a question about the allergies they can make somebody sick

This is my second time stopping by this subway on the way to work and this guy was very rude both times. I thought maybe it was just me but when the customer behind me said as she was leaving I knew it was not just me. The young guy working alone is rude, don’t want to ask questions and even told me I can’t use my Subway gift card. Frontline is not for him.

I love the people here and the food is always great, im a regular and it makes me feel very appreciated when they remember my order aswell :)) they always make sure to put a decent portion of protein on the sub and I never feel undersold! Thank you!

I went for the first time today since the management change and it’s a night and day difference. The woman who helped me was very nice and patient, there was an issue with the scanner and the manager came to assist us and everyone just overall made the experience pleasant and smooth, not to mention the food was amazing no complaints !

Ordered 2 tuna sandwich’s. There was hardly any tuna on either of them. I have been to numerous Subways around the country and usually there is almost so much filling that they are hard to close. Wanted onions and they were out. There is a grocery store around the corner. Possibly a worker or the owner could have gone to get more? Wanted to use the app for a meal deal and was told I could not use it there. I won’t be back.

i’ve visited this location for a takeout order at lunch. I ordered two 6 inch sandwiches with different toppings. The person who took my order had very broken English, and I had a difficult time understanding what they were asking me. I watched them prepare my sandwiches. I noticed hardly any toppings were being put on my sandwiches which made me quite unhappy. To pay $6.99 for a 6 inch sandwich with hardly any toppings I don’t think I will visit this location again. There are other subway locations in Nashville that are much more generous with their toppings for the same price.
