I should have followed my gut and left when I walked in at lunch time and I was the only person there and all employees were sitting down. Now I'm suffering with food poisoning. I may never visit any subway ever again. Their franchise concept has backfired.

So it’s snowmagedden outside and of course no where is open. I’m out wandering around in the snow with my boyfriend when a craving for sweets hits and I can NOT let it go. I said maybe the gas station is open. Nope. No where. We are just walking around and then I see it. Subways open sign. No way. We march over covered in snow, walk in and are greeted with such a friendly face. My boyfriend says do you have cookies? The guy at the counter said Cookies? Of Course!! That man truly saved my day. Open when no one else was and protected the city of Nashville from the beast that is me without those sweet sweet cookies. Thanks Subway. Always there when you’re needed most.

Ordered a veggie sub, got a loaf of bread with some wilted vegetables lightly sprinkled in. Do you hate vegetarians or do you think that we just really like lettuce sandwiches? Homie your lettuce is getting old why not give me a bunch of veggies like I'm paying for instead of assuming that I must just hate myself and like bad sandwiches

Have loved Subways for lunch and snacks since I was a teen. This one needs work. Not sure if these are independently run now or more mass chain. Cleanliness, staff kindness and communication are issues. Oddly, the main door doesn’t open much and sticks badly. I’ve now spilled food twice trying to get in / out. Ugh. Easy fix. Please

Many problems, such thin sandwiches and then they put all the sandwiches in loose paper and mixed each bag a hot with a cold. Will find a different franchise to make my home subway.

The owner absolutely refuses to replace the broken AC after nearly 18 months. I don’t even like Jersey Mikes but we go there simply not toast along wi the the sandwiches.

Ask for hector from Peru, It is rare for a subway worker to have surgeon precision on sandwich making but Hector nailed it! The store was clean, sandwich clean, not a drop or ingredient or piece of lettuce out of place, and perfectly proportional and robust, just the perfect sandwich ! I wish we could clone Hector.

I never leave reviews but one of the girls who works at this location was seriously one of the most gracious and kind people I’ve ever run across. I wish I had gotten her name so her manager could see (she worked night/closing shift on Thursday). Already loved subway but she made me love it more !

This location was recently remodeled. It fails to offer daily specials anymore and the $8+ for a cold cut combo, drink & chips, seemed a little high.

I use to come to this subway a lot. However, the older gentlemen with the glasses who works most frequently is very rude. Ive always noticed he tries to put the least amount of meat on the sandwich. I just let it go. Always up selling and you can tell he really takes pride in making subway money by shorting customers on toppings and meat. Today I had asked for shredded cheese on the sandwich. He puts very little cheese on, so I asked if he could sprinkle a little more to cover the entire sandwich. He puts it on there and then looks over at the cashier and says, footlong and charge her for extra cheese. I was pretty shocked, I said extra cheese? He said yeah. I just let him know I no longer wanted the sandwich and took my business elsewhere. I try and avoid this subway but today I really wanted a sub. Needless to say, I will never be back to this location again.
