The man that works there is very nice but the African American lady is very rude, acts as if you are inconveniencing her by ordering, when she toasted my sandwich without asking she acted mad at me, and I ended up apologizing to her and keeping the toasted sandwich, still tipped $5 and she couldn’t even say have a nice day. Won’t be going back.

Need to update the hours, says open at 7 , went by at 7:52 and doors were locked but employees were in the building and it appeared open?
I got there about 30 minutes before closing they weren't rude but you could feel them being irritated

Worst customer service ever!!
I walk in to place my order no other customers in the place the Hispanic dude gets his cell phone out and calls someone and has a whole conversation looking directly at me while he in the phone never addressed me from the time I walked in I stand there about 5-7 mins then he ask what my order was after he took his call he starts throwing my sandwich together I told him no sir not after I’ve been standing here waiting on you on your phone
Will never visit again! Terrible spot! Hopefully it gets replaced by a better venue ASAP

I asked for a TOASTED chicken bacon footlong & i got it COLD. Who eats cold bacon? & they put vinegar on my sandwhich.

don’t eat here .. i found a hair in my food & i called the store & they lied & said that they don’t remember making my order .. then the lady that picked up when i called told me “well i don’t know what to tell you , nobody in here has black hair” .. but THEY were the ones who made my food , it wasn’t open until it was delivered to my house .. TERRIBLE customer service, they ALL need to wear hairnets & gloves !

Both restrooms are out of order simultaneously, yet you're still open for business and your staff aren't sweating bullets from holding their bladders all day long? Miraculous!I get it, it's tough to be a business in downtown Nashville where people destroy your bathrooms. But when a customer comes in and needs to change a baby for goodness sakes, let them use the restroom.

Food looked like it had been sitting out for days. Subpar, even for a subway. The one worker they had was extremely rude. Every table was dirty. Restrooms were out of order and no napkins available. Also, they don’t provide water cups so if you want water, you have to bring your own cup. What a joke

Quick nice people working at Peabody & Hermitage
Two guys in there handled a lunch rush like champs. They made the food fast, were polite, and knew how to interact with guests even though there was quite a long line . Good job guys
