don’t eat here .. i found a hair in my food & i called the store & they lied & said that they don’t remember making my order .. then the lady that picked up when i called told me “well i don’t know what to tell you , nobody in here has black hair” .. but THEY were the ones who made my food , it wasn’t open until it was delivered to my house .. TERRIBLE customer service, they ALL need to wear hairnets & gloves !

Horrible. Walked from only god knows where for a sub and theyre closed. Inconvenience and inconsistent hours for travelers. Made a solid 30 minute trek to get some food just to get there and it be closed. Hope this establishment gets shut down asap.

Both restrooms are out of order simultaneously, yet you're still open for business and your staff aren't sweating bullets from holding their bladders all day long? Miraculous!I get it, it's tough to be a business in downtown Nashville where people destroy your bathrooms. But when a customer comes in and needs to change a baby for goodness sakes, let them use the restroom.

Food looked like it had been sitting out for days. Subpar, even for a subway. The one worker they had was extremely rude. Every table was dirty. Restrooms were out of order and no napkins available. Also, they don’t provide water cups so if you want water, you have to bring your own cup. What a joke

Two guys in there handled a lunch rush like champs. They made the food fast, were polite, and knew how to interact with guests even though there was quite a long line . Good job guys
