Slowest service I have seen at a subway yet. It took almost 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches and mistakenly dropped one of the sandwiches and needed to start over. No big deal but no hustle at all just taking their sweet time to make a sandwich.

My team and I regularly attend this location due to the convenience to our work. The facility is never in a sanitary state for starters. Today 8/7 I was observing the food handling process. The food in itself was very dry, (the cold ingredients), the overall quality and appearance of the food was not appropriate. The lady that works there; I watched myself, does not change gloves after checking customers out and touching all appliances involved. She continued to handle the food with cross contaminated gloves. Furthermore, I watched her rub/scrub/itch the life out of her nose (bare hand, full hand contact) and then proceeded to grab her gloves and continue working. The very first time I purchased from this location, there was black debris coming out of the drink dispensers; I do not know what it was and have not bought a fountain drink since that time. This is a very unsanitary food service and I will not be bringing my team back to this establishment.

Every time I come here within the hours of operation the person working says he’s on break or the door is locked. 3 other people tried to enter the building the same time I did. Please at least have the courtesy to turn off the open sign or correct the hours of operation on google. Waist of gas and time.

I’ve been to this place several times. All the employees working here are nice and hospitable expect this Indian lady. She’s been disrespectful each time I was there. She always rushing me and missing items from my order. On this day August 10, 2023 around 11:30am, she was on her phone texting when I arrived. She said she will be with me in seconds, but she was keep texting on her phone the next 3 minutes. I was so disappointed and left the place immediately. I called the corporate office and no one answered my phone. Please don’t go to this place if you don’t wanna be disrapected.

This Subway is closed. It says online that it’s open, and when I pulled up the “open” sign is turned on, but the whole inside is torn up, remodeling or permanently closed or something. I can only assume that because there was no sign saying what was going on. Who keeps their open sign turned on during remodeling? But I went around the corner down Massman to the Subway by Shell on Elm Hill Pike and got a friendly employee who made an amazing sandwich!
